ITS A WINNER

it still takes awhile to recieve your order. But it is way better then it used to be. orders are shipped safely.

Always get what I ordered. Helped very professionally with an issue I had .

The customer service was great, very professional. They quality of the coins was better than expected. I will continue using CSN for further purchases for my collection.

Jace is an Awesome Representative. He is attentive and answers questions directly. His answers have all been clear, easy to understand and truthful about timelines. I enjoy doing business with friendly competent people. THANK YOU JACE!

Have dealing with can for many years with great satisfaction and I have received excellent service from Al Kleisner since I started dealing with can

The only recommendation would be more specific about orders complete. Please list details that include information such as backordered or if an item was shipped or delivered. It would be helpful if an item was marked complete only after it was delivered after being shipped. Thank you.

We have a great relationship. Quality and pricing very reasonable.

I have been working with senior account advisor Roseann Stallone for over a year and I have come to trust her advise completely!

The service is great, Sam is polite and knows his business. The coins are great, been doing this a long time. sure my grand kids will appreciate them as they get older Thank you.

DELIVERY OF BOUGHT PRODUCTS IS HORRENDOUS,COMPANY DEMANDS PAYMENTS ON A TIMELY BASIS YET NEVER HAVE SAID PRODUCTS IN STOCK-SOMETIMES NOT FOR MONTHS!ALSO TIRED OF ENDLESS PHONY SALES PITCHES ABOUT ONE IN A MILLION OR ONCE IN A LIFETIME DEALS WITHOUT ANY DISCOUNTED PRICES FOR VALUED LONGTIME CLIENTS.ALONG WITH DELIVERIES THAT NEVER EVEN WERE DELIVERED OR DISAPPEARED WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE FROM COMPANY OF WHERE PRODUCT WAS...

The password I have written down doesn't process. Then it runs me through as a guest. Much rather it go smoother and quicker.

Products came in great shape and on time and good price.

I get quality coins. Very friendly people who listen to what I want. Would recommend to anyone.

Pricy, and long time to ship (100% positive cash flow for CSN), while my cash is depleted with no product in hand.

I am not a coin collector and have no real knowledge about all the differences in collecting coins! That would have helped my decision in ordering these coins. My bad!
The coins are beautiful and uncirculated but not mirror finishes. They are fairly expensive and I’m not sure you couldn’t go to your local bank and get their new rolls as they come in?
I also didn’t realize how many new coins sets were being released and I that I was signing up for as many set that were shipped every month. Again, my bad!
For those reasons I only give it 4 stars.
Having said all that, I’m still happy to have them. They come in rolls that are heavy, very protective.
And I hope someday in the far future after I’m gone, my grandchildren will appreciate them!
