I have purchased M365 Family (6TB) Subscription for one year to continue my existing subscription. They have given redeem code, it worked.

I purchased this product WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE IT that CSPKART DIDNT LIST ANY of the RESRICTING RULES that bans me from using it.
Just after I mailed several times they replied, that the MS-activation-code just works under very special circumstances:
- This license can be activated only in the India region
- you shall not have an active Microsoft 365 subscription
- you shall not have an old subscription from another country
False/misleading advertisement 1/5 stars

Therefore I paid for a product that was falsely advertised. After reveral back and forth communications with the support they finally repaid my money.
Support that understood the problem and gave my money back 5/5 stars
