I have got a faulty washing machine delivered and since November 2023 I have been struggling with them despite the law says that I am entitled for replacement after 3 attempts of repair. It's nothing just a nightmare . They machine rips off clothes and instead sorting out the problems they wanted to shift the blame on me of misusing despite recoding videos proving the opposite. It's not just the washing machine, I got from them a cooker which really takes ages to cook a simple meal which led to a lot distress!! I believe the name "C" stands for "

I have been waiting 14 weeks for a replacement washing machine. This company does not listen, ignores your emails and puts the phone down on you when your request gets too complicated for them. I am still awaiting a solution. April 2023

Dear Jonathan, we are truly sorry you have had a bad experience, however the experience you are describing is in fact with an engineer company due to a faulty appliance.
We at C Supplies have had your ongoing issue with that company rectified and have sent out a new machine whilst collecting the old faulty one for you. The last conversation we had with you was that you were extremely grateful that we have managed to get this sorted for you as we got in contact with the engineer company on your behalf.

Bought a Tower Rose and Gold Slower Cooker from C Supplies. It arrived within good timeframe, was well packaged and in good condition. Would order from them again.
I placed my order on the 23rd Dec and the delivery date given was between the 3rd-5th Jan, my order was despatched on the 28th Dec and arrived the 29th Dec, very pleased overall, and the black and rose gold slow cooker I ordered for my daughter is lovely and my daughter is very happy with her new gadget
Compared to other recent purchases with a different delivery company I was not kept as fully informed as to approx. delivery day or time.
Also on first attempt at delivery because I was not in the parcel was not left between the outer/inner door.
I told the driver on the second attempt about this and he noted this for any future consignments.
This is for a Christmas present so at the moment is difficult to comment.
