These guys are either crooks or incompetent because it’s been two years since they have installed our air conditioner and the permits are still not completed.

They have literally told me word for word- “our company went through an ownership change, the guys who installed your system no longer work with us and I’m sorry but your permits just keep slipping through the cracks”.

They keep telling me they are going to prioritize but two years later and still no permits. We are considering legal action against this company at this point.

What’s crazy is that if I call in the morning, the permit people apparently aren’t in till after 1 so they can connect me to a dispatcher who sends a message to a manager who NEVER calls back. If I call after 1, the permit people are not available.

Choose any company but Air Pros USA!

Abel, if you’re reading these, we need an update on those permits. Over two years of waiting for permits is not acceptable for any project.

They did not provide me with the service I requested and charged me inappropriately while failing to address my concerns and misleading me with the outcome. Overpaid and underperformed.
