Great product and service
We're refitting our en-suite and so I visited the Tovil (Maidstone) store for ideas and samples. Both members of staff were helpful and friendly without being pushy and sorted the samples quickly for me.
Having got the tiles home, we decided to go for one of those selected but in a different colour. Due to there being a 20% sale on and not being able to get back to the store before the offer was finished, we ordered online and the tiles were delivered when promised.
The ensuite was tiled last week and they look stunning, couldn't be more pleased.

Old Stock
We bought tiles for a new build from Maidstone branch in 2016 for a large kitchen diner. We have recently discovered a leak in our underfloor heating & before we started investigating decided to source some more spare tiles. CTD Maidstone were very happy to source these for us, as they were no longer an item they stocked, they were very helpful, pleasant and even brought them to our local branch to pick up. Thank you very much, you went above & beyond.

Very helpful service
Made several visits and “borrowed” various tiles before making our choice. Danny was extremely helpful particularly with advice and choosing grout colour.

Danny definitely was the boy
We needed some tiles to replace some damaged in our bathroom due to replacement wc. This meant either matching the tiles we had or looking for a contrast. We visited CTD Maidstone being our local store and were immediately approached by Danny who offered to help and promptly did so giving us a sample of a tile which fitted the bill. We then visited several other shops who were unable or unwilling to help and we returned to Danny a couple of times more until we were able with his help to find the right tiles to be delivered within two working days.
We cannot thank him enough for his help and patience and we will recommend CTD wholeheartedly in the future

Called into CTD Tiles, Maidstone yesterday needing some advice as I've never bought tiles before. I spoke to Mark who was able to talk me through everything and seemed very knowledgeable. I left the store feeling a lot more confident about my project. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent service from beginning to…
Excellent service from beginning to end. When I needed assistance with a discount code and obtaining a sample the customer service member who dealt with my query was friendly and efficient. I ordered online and chose to collect from my closest store. Delivery to store was swift and staff helpful on pickup.

Great Store!
The first thing we noticed when we visited the Maidstone branch was how tidy and well set out the displays are. The staff member we spoke to was very helpful advising us on which floor tile surfaces for our kitchen would be the most suitable for our elderly dog to get up and down on. All the staff we have dealt with from placing our order onwards have been brilliant. We are so pleased with the tiles we chose they look absolutely fantastic. Thank you Maidstone!

CTD amazing customer service
Order progress very quick. Communication was brilliant. I found that my product was damaged they sorted this out very professional and quickly. Their customer service is as outstanding. Would definitely use them again.
