CTD Tiles - Norwich Avis 36

I’ve been using CTD tiles for years, they have a good variety of tiles and fixing and I rarely have to go elsewhere. Great people!

I recently visited your store in norwich and I found the staff there were very helpful especially the manager I think his name is Stuart and I will be returning in the near future.

This was my first visit to the store.
To me, customer experience is everything.
The helpfulness and product knowledge I received was second to none.

After ordering our tiles, there was an unexpected delay with the delivery of replacement tiles, this started to cause us an issue with trades and we were in danger of not having a bathroom for the foreseeable 😞
I called the main office Customer Service, straight away they took the details and within 15minutes Lee returned my call and after listening to my moaning and our situation he immediately looked to resolve it.
Next morning we received the missing tiles!

He kept us informed throughout the process of what he was doing, even phoning us at 7pm with the latest update!

I couldn't recommend CTD Tiles enough. Andrew and the team went above and beyond at every stage. Their knowledge and passion shone through - it was a pleasure dealing with them and they made the entire experience stress-free. There's only one place I'll be buying tiles from in future.

Absolutely shocking customer service tbh no customer service at all. We looked at several tile places and we decided we like a certain tile at CTD tiles. So we ordered a sample to make sure told on a Friday that said tile will be in shop to collect on Tuesday- someone at this branch in Norwich they forgot. On the same Tuesday we reordered the said sample of tile and we were then told it’ll be ready for collection on Monday. We take another 50 mile round trip after being told the tile has arrived only to find they had ordered the wrong tile. So we headed home fuming and went to Tops Tiles who were very helpful so we ordered over £400+ worth of tiles trim etc and TOP TILES had excellent customer service- so Ctd tiles are rubbish in comparison

The customer service provided by Simon @ CTD tiles, Norwich, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me find the tiles I was looking for, gave excellent advice , placed the special order for mosaics, and arranged a delivery within a couple of days. Then, after I discovered I'd not ordered enough tiles, even came in on his day off to place the order for additional tiles, in order to have them delivered before my builder was due to leave site. Simon even called me to check the tiles had been delivered on time. Without his help, my work would have been delayed by days. For that, I cannot thank him enough.

Your order confirmation states “once your order is ready for collection you will receive another email/phone call advise.” I am still awaiting this and you instead send a how did we do email. So it is currently not good.

When we visited the showroom, staff were too busy with trades people to give us the time and help we wanted.
The delivery service was poor, they first dumped our pallet in the middle of our drive, meaning when I came home I would not be able to enter our drive; when my wife asked them to move it to the side they dumped it so the pallet was sticking out by about 3" into the road, which meant that as the road is just a narrow single track road, there was every possibility of the tiles being hit by a passing vehicle. There was no way my wife could move this heavy pallet of tiles. Fortunately I came home soon afterwards, and in the pouring rain between us we managed to dismantle the tile pack and move all the packs one by one down the long drive to the garage.

Robin, the Store Manager at the Norwich was more than helpful when buying tiles.

Online system really easy to use with calculator function to help with quantity and waste. In store service polite and efficient. Tiles brought to vehicle which was a nice touch. Thank you.

I ordered my tiles online as they were not in stock but received notification of availability within a couple of days. The tiles were delivered to my local store within a couple of days and the staff at Norwich were very helpful, polite and efficient and even helped me load the heavy tiles. What's not to like.

I cant recommend this store highly enough. The manager is so knowledgable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and if you value customer service this is the place for you.
