Fantastic Service from CTD Tiles Minworth
CTD Tiles Minworth is THE place to go for excellent service! Chris (Branch Manager) has been an asset to us during the past 6 months, in assisting us with our requirements and orders for a large project that started in Nov '23. His experience and knowledge is second to none. Always professional and courteous. He's kept us informed of progress on orders and stock, and been extremely patient with us, and our client's changes! He's sourced materials, and also recommended trusted tradespeople to assist us with other jobs.
Thanks also to Emily, who too has provided great customer service.

Excellent Service
Choosing the right tiles can be a minefield but CTD made this a very pleasent experience. The store was clean and well layed out. There was no sales push which was great as it allowed me to take my time and pick the right tile. Once the tiles were selected Chris provided excellent service in calculating what I needed for my space. He gave guidence where needed and explained all the process. Delivery was quick and was kept updated on the phone. I will be definitely using the branch again. Naeem.

CTD Sutton Coldfield - MY GO TO PLACE for my Bathroom refurbishment project.
Over the past few month's, I've visited this store many times for all my tiles, tile boards, fixings, adhesive, grout etc. Chris and colleagues have been extremely helpful at all times, providing sound guidance and advice and going above and beyond to source additional matching out of stock tiles. Their patience and courtesy has been first class throughout. I highly recommend the service at this store - 5*****.

Do not recommend merchant
Really disappointed with the service at the Minworth branch on the last 2 occasions we have visited. First occasion we went to return unopened tiles within the returns period. At the time of purchase we were told these could be returned and the merchant didn’t specify these would be subject to a restocking fee! None of the invoices refer to a restocking fee so really annoyed we were charged this!
We’ve just had our tiler finish his work today, with some boxes of unopened tiles left over. We are one day past the last returns date so CTD will not accept the returns. Really poor that a merchant has no flexibility in helping us return these goods! I could understand if we were days/weeks past the returns date, but we aren’t! Also would like to add we are left with surplus tiles due to CTD wrongly advising on amount needed for coverage!

Web order collection from this store and received first class customer service, the staff were friendly, courteous and could not have been more helpful by offering fixing tips and professional advise and even bringing the boxes of tiles out to my vehicle and helping to load them .
The store itself is pleasantly laid out, light and roomy with easy access, the majority of the vast tile stock are displayed around the walls of the store on folding type horizontal displays without the usual rows and rows of tile isles that are so common in other tile stores making it easier to choose a product.
Would highly recommend this store for the excellent choice of tiles on display and a first class customer service.

Inflexible returns
****** Would never use this company again due to its inflexible returns policy ****** They refused to refund grout despite being unopened because it was over 28 days. This was after some of the tiles that we purchased was damaged too in the box !!! **********

Hi Sam, We are sorry to hear of your recent experience with us, we want to make sure all our customers receive the highest levels of service. On investigating this matter fully, due to the product being perishable unfortunately these items are exempt from returns and refunds as they require being stored in certain conditions to avoid deterioration. We would therefore be unable to resell as we couldn’t guarantee the temperatures it was stored in the 3 months since you purchased this item. Due to the fragile nature of tiles we’re always keen to put things right with any broken tiles you may have encountered and can only apologies if this process was not made clear for you. CTD is an excellent place for tiles
We met with Amanda the sales adviser on our first visit and were very impressed with the great customer service, we placed an order for one room but went back the next day to order for more rooms. Amanda came back to me with some answers to questions that were raised on the day.
Chris Birch the assistant branch manager was excellent in adding to my original order and gave me some great advice and guidance.
I am looking forward to my order in January and am already thinking about my 4th room and another order for CTD !
