You have a CTRNE customer for life! Since my first pair of trainers arrived earlier this year I’ve felt really empowered and positive. Crystal energy is something I’ve always found fascinating and wearing citrine in my trainers every day has really helped me level up. I’ve just started my dream job and I can’t say it’s coincidence because I’ve been so intentional with my goals! I know it’s a combination of gratitude, belief and citrine energy making it happen!

T-shirt lasted 1 wash
T-shirt lasted 1 wash. washed as per instructions, shrank about 2 sizes, also washed it with light colours but still darkened in colour. The jumper i took on holiday, split red wine down it, washed it as per instructions, left on washing line for two days in the sun, again shrank around 2 sizes.. I will take responsibitly for this as i probably shouldnt of left it on the line for 2 days in 26 degree heat!! but even still i wouldnt of thought it would shrink like it did!

They both assisted and sorted out the alternative fit!

I received a similar item but not the…
I received a similar item but not the same. The item was also dreadful quality I threw it in the bin. I have requested a response and refund multiple times but I am being ignored. They communicated when I queried a lengthy delivery from China but zero response to my refund request. Communication is key, even for unsatisfied customers. I am the same shape as the model and I compared my item to the advertised item which was a different design therefore my refund request should not be dismissed. I have reached out on multiple platforms.

CTRNE shorts
I made a order for the new shorts released and was impressed from the quick delivery to the high quality feel of the shorts. Ive been struggling to find shorts that fit how im comfortable with when going to the Gym and the CTRNE shorts fit perfect! The customer service is great too and came with a Keyring which is a nice touch!
Would recommend to anybody and I will continue to be a customer.
