This company is a scam.
He owns a yacht brokerage firm and a photography firm.

Pietro Cuccia advertises other people's yachts, but the boats aren't available at the marina or belong to someone else entirely.
For some reason, he obtained customer information from ZizzoBoats and BorrowABoat and is using them to conduct nasty schemes.

His Google Maps page for the yacht brokerage firm has since been deleted. It was shown there that he had already used the same scam on over 10 other people in Palermo.
He still owes us CHF 7,500.
The Swiss criminal police have been involved.

Stay away from Mr. Cuccia.

Pietro Cuccia portrays themselves as Italy's oldest shipbroker, but is run out of Dubai. I entered into a rental agreement for two catamarans in the Seychelles for a week in December 2024. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to take responsibility and refund me for the non-delivery of the booked service. After contracts were entered into they ceased all phone contact. Their email correspondence has included erratic language, including allegations that a third party involved is associated with the Sicilian mafia.

Tip for consumers:
Very forthcoming in the contracting phase - several pro-active phone calls. After payment was made all phone contact ceased. Impossible to reach, but answers on email.

Pietro Cuccia also advertises himself through Pietro Cuccia Photography, based on my experience with this individual I would be hesitant to contract him.
