Cuda Kitchen Avis 

Do NOT order from this company! As a business owner, absolutely furious. I ordered a specific type of coffee grinder and was sent the incorrect model. I returned it, in perfect condition, per their choice of carrier. Had to follow-up repeatedly to received my refund. Received $200 less than what I paid as they claimed the items was damaged in transit(!!??). If the carrier damaged it in transit as they claim, the carrier should be held responsible. I lost $200 due to their accusation. Never again. Shady, poor communication, overall poor experience.

Ridiculous upcharge on my shipping. Salt and pepper shakers were Dollar Store quality. I left a review on their site and they changed it! Cherry picked my words to make it look like thing were fine!

This place advertises $1000.00 or more under cost so when you buy it you will be told it went up in price or it is back ordered and you will have to fight for months to get your funds returned. Terrible Service and Unethical business practices!! After I got my funds back I ordered it from East Coast Equipment Co. I did not find any negatives on them

First, they do not answer the phone, i left 3 messages, no one returned my call, I ordered the product on the website, they charged me $20 for shipping and then added additional charges of $20, I emailed them back and asked what the additional charge was for and did not receive a response, bad way to do business

Basically I wasted a week on this company. After researching for a long time I finally decided on a new sofa and loveseat. Was ready to buy from a reputable company, but a Google generated Cuda Kitchen special offer on the same product popped up. I thought I'd try. Basically they never had the item. Transaction went through, I received several confirmations then after several days after I emailed them I'm told it was discountinued and tough nuts. Not even an apology. Rude and useless company. Avoid.

Beware of this fraud company. Rude reps (especially Zachary Barber
) ordered item mid may was told it would not ship til mid June then was told June 18 then when I followed on June 22 was told to go away and they tried to keep my money (still have not refunded) and told me I would be reported for "harassment " for asking where is my order . This will all be sent over to my bank as well . Stay away from this company

Why isn't there a 0 stars rating?! HORRIBLE experience with this company. They never answer the phone when you call, they only call you back, don't give email confirmation of anything, don't identify who the third-party seller is, BUT they are quick to charge your credit card, and then never deliver. We ordered some tables and chairs FOR A SCHOOL and wasted precious time before opening day trying to communicate with them. We canceled our order and went with another vendor. UGH!

Cuda kitchen made sure I got my order even when the covid 19 was keeping orders from arriving on time thanks cuda kitchen.

THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY DONT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS. EVERTHING IS 3RD PARTY. THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NEVER SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS. I HAD TO REPORT THEM FOR CREDIT.CARD FRAUD.

Ordered something from them, waited 4 weeks before they could even ship the item. When it came back in stock they called me to tell me it would be another $100 on top of what I already paid. Canceled the order immediately and a month later they still have not issue my refund for the original order and have not responded to any of my phone calls since the day I canceled the order. I will never do business with this company again and believe they are just out to scam people.

I contacted them about a Keating Griddle for a price match and they would not even match it. Also the shipping calculator on their site said $252.00 and when I asked they said that is only an estimate and shipping was about $580.00. I than put a small counter top fryer in and that showed about $395.00 to ship it. That is about a 750lbs difference. Also on the price match, they said I would have to send a check or wire the money if I wanted a lower price but the other company would accept a credit card and was lower. I looked up Cudakitches reviews and terrible! They are using another review site now and most people say it is fake and all the reviews are 5 star. I doubt most people do not leave a rating at all unless it is bad, but that site it was all good. I looked up the other company I wanted Cuda to match and all it had is that it was in business for 41 years and all ratings were excellent. I have bought from them before and eastcoastequipmentco.com may not have a lot of reviews but have been around over 40 years and I cant find any negative reviews on them unlike Cutakitchen. I think I will stay with east coast when it comes to Keating.
