Outstanding! In total so far I have ordered the baize master silver series 42" × 2 two piece conquest cues + cases & the same in 48" + hard case. All three cues are great value & very good quality & cases are great as well. From ordering to quick delivery & quick response customer service I can fully recommend all round. 👌

Ordered a nice McDermott wood shaft cue for playing American pool on a Saturday and it was here on Tuesday morning. The packer Janice even sent me a nice wee packet of haribos 😁. Everything was tip top from a service point of view and the cue was really nice. I haven't played with the cue yet but I like the weight, feel and how straight the cue is.

From the off Cue and Case have been great. Customer service, support, and communication have been excellent.
I initially spoke to Ben who was extremely helpful, thank you. Following a follow up a week later Sophie took the baton and updated me through the whole procurement process.
She was timely with her updates and promised action, clear and very supportive.
All I can say is excellent customer Service, other companies would do well to learn from you.

I ordered a snooker cue for my son and it was delivered on time. There was an issue with the product, but this was swiftly resolved through Cue and Case customer service. Very happy with the service and the boy is loving his new cue. Will be ordering again!

This is now the only place I will go for my pool supplies, have bought several cues, one of them I had a very specific weight requirement, which they sorted with no delay to shipping. I ordered another late last night, it's already on its way! I know it will be packed well and in my hands tomorrow! If I hear any of anyone looking for a replacement cue, this is the direction I point them. The cues themselves are always exactly as described, blemish free and completely straight (nothing like the banana that was sent to me by a much larger company who shall not be named)

I’ve recently ordered a pool cue and case for my 13 year old Godson. He wanted a junior size cue but with adult weight. After searching the internet I found one that fitted the brief from cue + case. I emailed them to double check the weight and they responded quickly and were really friendly and helpful. The cue arrived quickly and I was very happy with the customer service. My godson loves it! It was the Jonny 8 ball Jet 48 inch if you’re looking for something similar for your child.

Ordered twice in the past few months. Both cues and cases have been well packaged and delivered with absolutely no issues. They even threw in a bag of haribo when I ordered a junior cue for my son. Fantastic company who I can't recommend enough.

Very good service - good range of products. I ordered several things (cue case, chalk, extension), and although one of the products they sent was inadvertently the wrong product, I dropped them an email and they resolved it very quickly and sent the correct product. Mistakes sometimes happen, and when companies deal with them promptly and efficiently, it makes all the difference. I'll certainly use them again in future. Thanks very much.

Would just like to say to Ben thank you for all your help and assistance in helping out with a wrong mini butt I received for my pool cue, after contacting him he immediately sent out the correct mini butt after showing him a video and made the interaction very easy and at the upmost urgency to resolve.
