Booking with Emma was straightforward, as was invoicing/payment. The guys arrived promptly, and were really friendly, cheerful and very efficient.

Charlie & Richard were fantastic - arrived on time with a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way, then just a great service provided. They were exceptionally careful around the newly painted walls, and just very personable and helpful in pulling everything together for me.

This was excellent service from the initial enquiries to the last item to leave the house. The admin was top notch, professional and organised and the actual house clearance, carried overv2 days, was conducted in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. I also really like the eco friendly approach to the house clearance with assurances that the barest minimum of items would go to landfill.

Very happy with the whole experience. Organizing from overseas could have been very difficult but Emma and the team helped to make this is a less stressful experience from booking the date, sorting the quote and then modifying it as needed. The team on the day were friendly, efficient and completed the clearance without a hiccup. They dealt with a difficult neighbour and a big clearance. I have no hesitation recommending Cullen’s.

The guys were thoughtful, careful and conscientious about their work. They went through the house making notes and pictures of what was being taken (I didn't want a full house clearance) before and after so all was agreed.

Cullens have been extrodinarily prompt and helpful, from the first enquiry to completing the job everything has gone like clock-work. The three removals men were friendly and courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. The cherry on the cake was thoroughly hoovering throughout before they left. All in all Cullens made a difficult job so much easier than I imagined it would be.
It cost more than I expected (although similar to other quotes) but they earned their money, I have no complaints.

I’ve used them twice in a few weeks to clear two houses - absolutely superb. Helpful, easy to deal with, efficient, good value. Found them very randomly on google and so glad I did. Would happily recommend to anyone.
