Order arrived quicker than expected! Good quality mask, very happy and will be ordering from Cultureville again.

Waited over a week for my order to arrive. Took a few days for the company to respond however, once they did, they were extremely apologetic and sent me a courtesy headscarf free of charge which was posted first class!

Really great customer service - there was an issue with the first order (due to Royal mail) and it was dealt with quickly and replacement items sent out. I'm so pleased with the head wraps, they are even better quality than I expected and beautifully made. I hundred percent recommend

The package came tied up beautifully in an African print bow which I thought was a lovely touch. Although there was a delay in delivery, they more than made up for it with a complimentary silk scarf, which, alongside the others I ordered, the girls in my family adore! I also find their tutorials helpful and can’t wait to wear my scarf outside!

Perfect gift for my friends birthday, absolutely loves the brand.

The dress is above all beautiful, it is also expertly made. I feel absolutely amazing in it and can't wait to wear on my wedding day!!!!! Slight alterations needed but that's easy. It was slightly delayed but was made aware of this before I had to ask. I am really impressed with CultureVille and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am totally happy with my cultureville experience in both quality, design and customer service. I a delivery issue with my order in which I meant that I didn't receive my order. I contacted cultureville staff who were patient and diligent in trying to sort things out on my behalf. Wasting no time I was send a replacement order to make up with the initial order that I missed and I was updated and regularly informed upon each and every step of the problem solving process. This translated a real passion for the customers experience to me which is just as well because I am really passionate about the clothing itself. It's nice to know that both customer and service provider carried the same best intentions and were able to execute it as so.

I love my headband and free facemask - I've wanted the headband for months but it was out of stock, but it was so worth the wait! Really well made, a beautiful pattern and arrived very quickly too. The Thank You card included made my day! Thank you so much Cultureville, I'll be back for more!
