Really disappointed with the service…

Really disappointed with the service from Curate Health.

Nowhere on their site does it suggest that you will have to book a video consultation, which isn't available on the weekend. It's a struggle to find an appointment after 5pm. So means despite ordering I have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest, before they then have the meeting. Then you apparently get a phone call a few days later, then they send.

So worth noting this is nearly a week long process.

To cancel the order (which you can't do automatically) you get charged a £15 admin fee and a £10 fee for the consultation you haven't booked and hadn't actually cost them money.

I wouldn't mind if they were upfront before paying... But of course, they aren't. You pay the £200+ before they tell you any of these details.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I was on Mounjaro and wanted to switch to this supplier and ordered my normal next higher dose, paid and gone through all the assessment online and video call. Then I recieved a call from the prescriber they wanted to prescribe the lower dose I was on rather than uptitrate and this is their policy. I was not happy with this, and clearly mentioned no check out of the hundered things I completed before payment said I will get the lower dose. They refunded with deduction of processing fees, despite that they are the ones who failed to provide this information before payment, and they are the ones who did not want to process the order. I consider this fraud which they are masking in a policy they never tell you about before payment.

I will never ever be using Curate…

I will never ever be using Curate Health again. Their lack of responses and slow turnaround time has been incredibly frustrating. The pushes needed to ship an order, and being given wrong information on when the order will ship has completely affected my medication schedule.

They advertise that it’s 24 hours for approval, 48 hours for dispatch and an additional 48 to arrive. This is a bold faced lie.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement for a service that is seemingly simple.

Terrible service so far and I haven’t…

Terrible service so far and I haven’t even received my order yet, it’s not even been dispatched. I ordered over a week ago and their service is extremely slow in comparison to other weight loss prescribers. Over the past year I’ve used several, shopping around for the best deals each month so I have experienced excellent service but this company are not one I would recommend unfortunately. Slow to respond, urgent means wait another 2 days to them it seems. Then they tell lies and say they have tried to call when they actually haven’t tried to call at all. Absolutely awful. When I complained there was no genuine apology just some representative trying to shift the blame onto their customer rather than accept how slow they have been to respond. I couldn’t be more disappointed to be honest. Apparently if I cancel it will cost me £25! Disgusting!! AVOID this company!!

UPDATE I finally received my order yesterday (14.05.26) over 2 weeks after I placed my order. I even had to chase it again on whatsapp. I can honestly say that it was an awful experience, so slow and because of the slowness I was late with a dose. As I said before I compared this experience with other companies providing the same service who I have used and this one was very poor in terms of customer service and prompt response times. Such a shame.

Really disappointed with Curate

Really disappointed with Curate. I placed my order on Sunday (Order #433950), was approved quickly, but since then there’s been no dispatch update and barely any communication. I’ve used this service before and never had this issue, which makes it even more frustrating.

It’s disappointing to be left waiting with no clear update or anyone reaching out properly. I expected much better based on my previous experiences.

Pure frustration

Curate somehow added a completely different address to my order which meant medication got sent to the wrong place. Almost 2 weeks of chasing and still no delivery. Curate contact form online takes a long time to get a reply to making it hard to know what’s going on and totally frustrating leaving me with the only option to maybe get a response by leaving this review

I am disappointed with Curate’s…

I am disappointed with Curate’s handling of my recent delivery (Order 429039).

This parcel contained Mounjaro, a temperature-sensitive medical product that clearly should not be returned to a depot under any circumstances. Despite this, the driver marked the delivery as “missed” and took it away, with a redelivery scheduled for the following day.

This is not a standard item. It requires proper storage, and there is now no clear assurance that it has been kept within the required temperature range. If this has not been handled correctly, the medication could be compromised and unsafe to use.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of proactive communication or reassurance about how the item is being stored. When dealing with medical supplies, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

Customers should be able to trust that essential, temperature-controlled items are handled with appropriate care and urgency. Right now, I have no confidence that this has been done.

I expect full transparency and accountability, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this service for anything important or time-sensitive.

Please be reassured that all temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging specifically designed to help prevent the medication from reaching higher temperatures during transit.

This packaging is designed to maintain the medication within the required temperature range throughout the delivery window, including in the event that a first delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to the depot for redelivery.

Orders are kept refrigerated until they are collected by DPD. While the ice packs may sometimes begin to thaw during delivery, this is expected and does not affect the quality or safety of the medication.

The manufacturer, Eli Lilly and Company, has confirmed that Mounjaro can safely remain unrefrigerated during transit, provided it does not exceed 30°C.

Once your order arrives, we simply recommend placing the pen in the refrigerator and keeping it there until you are ready to use it.
We can also confirm that your order remains within the 48-hour delivery timeframe for this medication.

We understand the importance of ensuring medical deliveries are handled with care, and we appreciate your concerns and feedback regarding communication throughout the process.

If I could give nought I would

Ordered medication for my wife and I on the 17th April We have both changed our minds and have asked for a refund.Have sent emails and tried to ring them with no reply I buy this order online. You should get a 14 day cooling off period will not use this company again

I placed my order on 14/4/26 my…

I placed my order on 14/4/26 my consultation appointment was 17/4/26. I was then informed I would be contacted by the pharmacy team later on. The pharmacy team contacted me on 20/04/26 which they approved my order. It’s now the 22/04/26 at the time of this review my pen has not been shipped. I won’t be ordering from curate again if this is the new service.

What Curate's help line assistant did when the courier failed medication did not arrive to me but…

My medication did not arrive to me but the courier had taken a photo of it been accepted by someone and the door!! I called the courier they apologised gave me a code to report it to Curate!!
I called Curate spoke to Danielle who apologised, but she could check the couriers location of the van when it was delivered and the photo taken which she could see I think more clearly than the one sent to me.....the door , colour of the door etc and she checked Google maps and could advise that it looked as though it was delivered a couple of doors down from me. She apologised for the
inconvenience but suggested that if I could go to the house to see if they had taken it in. Sure enough it was correct and the medication was there. The neighbour took it in, thinking we were out. So thankfully got it. Danielle was really lovely to talk to and switched on to check where the courier DPD had parked and possibly delivered to. They are my neighbours.....
Danielle was really helpful, apologetic for the inconvenience the courier had caused and solved their mistake. Thank you .

All my family and friends comment on how well I am looking. I am so happy to be losing weight without making myself ill from starving myself.
Curate consistently cost me less than all the other providers, not just the first order like most companies do as an incentive to join them, but with every order. They send out my orders quickly, and they come chilled every time in an insulated bag containing its own ice pack to ensure it stays chilled until I am ready to put it in my fridge.
I have been losing weight by eating healthily and my portion sizes are smaller these days because I feel fuller sooner and for longer..
