Threatening me bc I'm sharing my experience? *the representative blocked me on social media after I asked them to explain the reviews on line. When they claimed it was a different company I provided the screenshot of the claims on line. I was instantly blocked..all of the conversation gone. When your company name followed by the word LEGIT is entered into google..you'll see exactly what I posted before I was blocked* There are similar claims on Face book when your company name is entered. All I did was ask for an explanation before I was blocked.

Customer service is great. They helped me with a package that had trouble being delivered. Product is secured now.

Even though the product did not work for me the company was wonderful about accepting the return and refunding my money. Would recommend.

shipping came fast in about 2 days.I ordered 2 bottles of bpc157 with get 1 free I Don't know how well it works since I've only been taking it for a few days but will be back with another review shortly!!

I initially ordered only 1 spray although they had a promotion for buying 2 because I wasn't sure if the product would work for me. I did use it twice daily most days instead of the recommended once but I was able to see a bronze glow within 2-3 weeks. The skin on my face, hands, and feet got noticeably and visibly softer too, and I noticed that my skin healed a lot faster, too. Also, the company's customer service is amazing. I meant to reorder the spray but ordered the topical solution instead and freaked out. My order was already shipped and expensive so I didn't think they'd be willing to cancel/refund/exchange it but I received an email after just a few hours offering me options to either get a refund with no issues or replace it with the spray. I couldn't recommend them more.

The company is very responsive and helpful and the glow spray has completely changed my skin. I'm already in award-winning skincare expert, so I have a very high standard and it has been exceeded!

Order product took weeks longer than expected to ship. I requested to cancel and refund. It was cancelled but it’s been several weeks and I have still not received a refund.

I have been ordering for several months for my two sons who are active wrestlers. The price, communication and quality have all been top tier. Wish other companies were capable of this customer service. I have referred several people who have all had the same experiences. They have a customer for life in this household. Need to look into more peptides to see what else I could benefit from!

They say across the website that the treatment is sublingual. It is NOT sublingual. Taking it that way will kill you. I took it sublingually the first two days. I had pain that felt like explosions in my head, I had nose bleeds, rapid breathing, extreme fatigue, unable to think straight. The company doesn't care. They need to be sued!

delivery window keeps changing although paying so called express shipping fees fedex shows a week later still not having the package although multiple changes in my delivery date!!! now i question the quality of product i will even recieve if ever recieved!!!

They say “shipping today” when weeks go by nothing.. only texts saying it’s in route! Nothing arrives … it’s fraud!

Customer service does nothing, it’s an AI driven bot company DO NOT GIVE them your $, find a better company like Swiss chems.

Shipping was great. Although the products themselves were lacking. The genius spray did nothing to help me focus or concentrate. It gave me a stomach ache. The methyl b12, did nothing either except give me a headache. I was really hoping these products worked.

Tried tons of supplements over the years. These two actually deliver results.
