Curiosity Box Avis 

My daughter asked for Curiosity Box subscription as a Christmas gift a few years ago. She thoroughly enjoyed getting the boxes and working the various puzzles that came with it. As with anything, over time, she decided it was time to move on. I wonderful experience. But now, I have to think of something new for her for Christmas!

I had an issue with my diamond hourglass order, and they promptly went above and beyond to get me sorted.

Ordered my first box and loved it! It had a bunch of things I wanted for my classroom.

I didn't realize I had signed up for the quarterly delivery.... and was surprised when I was charged again. But no worries! I contacted them and without hesitation they refunded my order and fixed my subscription blunder.

Some companies wouldn't be so nice. THANKS!

I was pleased. I really wanted the Camera Lucida included in the box. I was a little concerned about the order due to some mixed reviews, but I'm happy to report my box arrived at the beginning of the estimated time frame and was packaged just as shown. The items have a nice quality feel. I think this is a fun source of on-going interaction for families.

I’m very happy with both the Curiosity Boxes (i've got as well subscription for MEL Science) and the after-sales service. The team is always efficient, responsive, and committed to finding solutions that work well for customers.
Example: one component in the Solenoid box, the magnetic coil, was defective, but the company promptly sent me a complete replacement box. Everything is working perfectly now! My teenager kid is happy!

So I ordered one of the boxes and its was awesome and the quality was great. I actually liked the little book that comes and explains all this stuff that's in the box more in detail because I had actually forgotten what I ordered. I love my lucida! I had and issue with one of my orders but I got in touch with customer service and it was resolved in a few hours. So ever the customer service is also top-notch, so happy with them.

Of course, I knew VSauce since many years. And finally I tried it for the Camera Lucida. Worth every Cent. Price and content is better than products on the market. For all other content, with the shirt, coin, puzzle and the Illusion Book I can easily say worth it. Thanks VSauce. :)

Customer service is excellent - A box of ours was stolen and they promptly sent a new one. Not often one gets to see this kind of a customer centric ethic.

Fantastic customer service and very accommodating! I ordered one of their vinyls (Jake Chudnow x Vsauce Lost Tracks) and was shipped a replacement due to the inaccurate color I received.

I’ve had to cancel bc I just can’t afford it anymore. But I would highly recommend Curiosity box to kids or anyone with an enquiring (dare I say…CURIOUS?) mind. You won’t regret it and, my financial circumstances aside, you get a whole lot for your money

The items were all very interesting and thought provoking. Although expensive I feel the box price is justified with what comes in it. The shirts always grab people’s attention when I’m out, so that’s nice. Overall highly recommend.

The boxes have really increased in quality over the years, as the team listens to feedback and expands the offerings. Any time I’ve had to contact the customer care team, they’ve been helpful and prompt in fixing small issues. Combined with the contributions to Alzheimer's research, it’s a great project, with thoughtful and unique items, for a great reason.
