I didn't ever receive the shoes from this company, But they took my money immediately.And in the beginning they made excuses,Then didn't respond at all , Don't order anything from this company!!
Looked good on arrival , but during manufacture ,I'd suggest they forgot the glue , bought two pairs of footware, both failed within 12 wks of usage , with the rubber sole of one pair , now holier than the pope
Never again , and suggest the same!
We ordered shoes May 23, 2026. Still haven’t received them. I have sent 2 emails and got the same response both times: Should get a response in 48 hours! This company is not trustworthy. I was going to call them and no number listed to call. Thus is very disappointing.
Boots advertised as steel cap, and were not.Now Im getting the usual dumb chinese runaround replies to my complaint
I bought the sport works boots/shoes on May 3rd. But still haven't received them. I've emailed the company to ask for an update on my order. The reply was vague and short and told me basically to just hang in there. It's the 21st of May and I still have not received these work shoes or any updates from anyone from this company. Before I buy anything from this company ever again I would think twice.
I placed an order on March 31 for a pair of shoes that I have still never received. Last week I posted a review and immediately got an email that told me my issue would be resolved in approximately 48 hours And to be patient.It is now been 120 hours and I have not heard a single word from this company. I have sent several subsequent emails and have heard nothing from anyone. I have requested a phone call and received nothing. This company is horrible. Their customer service absolutely sucks. Today I’m going to call my credit card and post a fraudulent transaction against this company. I truly hope all credit card companies are notified that this company is fraudulent. Because they have my money and I don’t have any merchandise. And I have had zero communication from them other than them telling me it would be resolved in about 48 hours. I wouldn’t even give a one star on them, but there’s nothing lower to Choose From. My order number was 9389.
