Avoid this chinese company masquerading as a UK company at all costs. Product arrived and was wrong colour, their excuse was it was cartoon figure. Total waste of time and money.

Bad service and company. Customer service is awful. There is no transparency of time and product. They always deliver late and even the bobblehead looks like the one from Poundland. Such a waste of money and time. Never gonna use them again, seems like 70 pounds just went into the gutter. And above all, they don't reply to emails and whenever they do, the reply doesn't even make any sense to what you have asked.

Avoid this seller at all cost.

They pretend to be in the UK, but are actually in China.

They dont react to messages, only after i started the chargeback they were willing to give a reaction.

They dont deliver the customizations you ask for.

I gave a PO Box as delivery adress, as it was for a Youtube content creator that does not give a private adress for privacy. Only after it was sent i was told it needs to be signed for, which a PO Box does not allow for. They expect me to fix the (cant say "s h i t" here but i insist) they cause.

Since they are not in the UK, its unclear whether there are additional taxes and import duty required, they never mentioned not being in the UK.

the proof they sent me was not even close to the work they show on the website.

Every step of this order has been a massive pain in the ass, it seems like every time contact is stressful and disappointing.

so poor customer service - product came damaged and no help given. Go elsewhere as they have no honor or standards

As the other reviews, I am in a very similar situation.
It has been 6 weeks. Correspondence has been average. I had asked for only one modification, and ever since I have been asked whether I would like further modifications. My answers have been no, and I would like it to be completed and posted. This has now been about 2 weeks ago. Another email came in today, and again with the same modifications photo, asking whether I would like to make any modifications!
Definitely thinking this is a scam.

Disgraceful company. I ordered 2 bobbleheads and paid £50 extra for speedy delivery. I asked them to amend the proof they sent me. They amended it on ONE of them but not the proof. So they sent me 2 different bobbleheads. I've sent them around 5 emails since and they just ignored them. I then sent one saying I'll given them another chance to respond before i write a review.

Awful company, they ignore emails, do not send the items, delay delay delay, lie about delivery. I am still waiting for my items 9 weeks after ordering. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They state that you will receive a refund if you're not happy with their proofs yet don't reply to emails after the product arrives.
They're grade A con-men - STAY CLEAR!!!!

I placed an order via the website and sent an email attaching photographs and my special requests (which were quite a few). I received a proof after a couple of weeks and after requesting a minor adjustment to the mouth, I received a further proof about a week later. After approving the bobblehead it was dispatched within 24 hours and I received it a few days later. It was very well packaged and I'm absolutely delighted with it. They carried out all my requests, including making a garland, all at no extra costs. This is a fun item and yes it should resemble the person it is intended for but it's not a portrait and you shouldn't expect it to be. I love it and can't wait to give it to my friend at Christmas. I placed an order for a couple’s bobblehead for my Fiancé’s birthday 3 months in advance with the hope that it will be done by the time. It was about 7-8 weeks after, I received an email with proofs. However I don’t think they ever read the instructions I asked for the bobblehead. Neither of the bobbleheads looked like us too. I sent them an email requesting changes and that was it. They ignored my emails for weeks and never responded until I raised PayPal dispute to get my refund of £146. They immediately noticed my emails and it turned out they hadn’t done any work on item since I have asked them for corrections. They changed the bobbleheads slightly again and sent me the proofs however it wasn’t what exactly I asked for. There were certain details which meant a lot for me but were really minor things for the makers I believe but still were missed. I was so much annoyed and it was just before the big day so couldn’t really waste more time arguing with them. Then I received an email saying that I should cancel the PayPal dispute so they could send my order to me which was ridiculous. I received my order eventually 3 days ago. It is a couple bobblehead, doesn’t really look like me or my fiancé. But still was a birthday present. I cancelled my PayPal dispute with the company today. But long story short, wouldn’t make any orders with this company and wouldn’t advise them to anyone I know.

Absolutely awful company. Bought a custom Bobble-head, paid for 4 weeks delivery time. Despite chasing them, which was ignored, I didn't get first proofs for at least 3 weeks, in these most of the customisation requests were ignored.

Followed up advising of ignored requests, more ignorance until there was a slight update.

Complained again about missed requirements.

Again more ignorance. the 4 week delivery time I paid for was exceeded by a week when we got a message saying they will fix it and send it that day. I demanded proofs before sending. Got the proofs showing nothing had been done but the head was fixed to the body.

I asked them to make changes and was met with more ignorance. The college this was for is leaving today so this is now useless to us.

Have asked for a refund.

Terrible service. We order a customed bobblehead for our wedding and the first time around, the item was lost. The second, there was no resemblance to us, as it was not customed to our taste/guidance. We ended up with no cake topper and with the person avoiding replying to emails and not issuing a refund.
