Very bad experience with Custom EST.

I received the wrong item and customer service confirmed that the mistake was on their side and that I would receive a refund. However, after that the situation kept changing and the process was constantly delayed.

I have been dealing with this issue for over 4 months now. Despite multiple messages and requests for a return label, I either received no response or unclear instructions.

Eventually I had to involve Klarna to investigate the case.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this webshop.

I bought the nike x Jägermeister sweater and some shirts. The designs are very cool and the embroidery is made of high quality stuff. Shipping took a long time, but they solved this well.

I ordered a hoodie and it arrived really fast! The delivery was quicker than I expected.

The quality is absolutely amazing — the fabric feels premium and the print looks perfect. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great quality, got my order within 2 weeks. Definetly reccomend this shop.

I ordered two T-shirts, one with a white Monster and the other one with my own can design, where I uploaded a photo of the can I wanted. It was an Aussie Lemonade Monster with the word “JUICED” on the can, but on the T-shirt they embroidered “PUNCH” instead. Because the delivery took six weeks, I won’t deal with it anymore, but I was a little disappointed.

Otherwise, both T-shirts are very good quality and made from nice material. There are no loose threads, and the cans on the T-shirts are nicely embroidered.

I am waiting for my order for a month. On the tracking site it is said "preparing shipment" the whole time. I have sent 3 emails to info(@)customest.com. No response.

I have been waiting for my shirt for five weeks and have contacted them via email and Instagram, but have not received any response.

Lieferung hat in die Schweiz ca 3 Wochen gedauert und ich bin im ganzen sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist echt gut und das Design sieht schön aus. War am Anfang skeptisch, da ich lange keine Versandbestätigung mit Paket verfolgung bekommen habe, habe diese aber nach ca 2 Wochen bekommen und konnte das ganze verfolgen.
