The last company we used
The last company we used, I believe it was Name Badge International, had an excellent website. They saved our badge design, so whenever we needed to reorder, it was quick and easy to do.
With this company, I have to go back in and recreate the badge from scratch every time, which is very cumbersome and time-consuming.

I'm not great with technology
I'm not great with technology, so it probably took longer than it should to design my stickers. But I found the process to be user friendly and I got it done pretty easily. When the stickers arrived they were exactly as I hoped.

This was an easy site to use. I only wish I could see the final product a little larger and I would have liked to see the color imprint I chose. But it was easy to operate

This is our first time ordering since Name Badges Int.
This is our first time ordering since you took over Name Badges International. I included in the notes that I wanted to order name badges exactly like the previous but I did not see the option. The name badges I got were NOT like the previous. They are smaller and the font was not what I wanted.

I have been struggling for months with chat gpt to create my labels. Corrupted files..not quite right, almost there..done, save ..cant print. It's been a nightmare..I finally get a good PNG file..send it to you..and got back gorgeous perfect labels!! Thank you!!

your website is horrible to use. it was so much better when it was stickers international. also i've been getting wrong shapes printed and even the replacements were messed up.

Jessica Jara made my order process simple- I had some fiddly questions surrounding what my final product would look like, including fonts. She patiently assisted me and went the extra mile to ensure I would get my items "just so". I'm not normally so extra, but after a different company lost my order, delayed my order, then went out of business before providing my order, I owed my team members a superior product. Jessica ensured they'd be happy despite the long wait caused by a former player in the market. I'll be using Custom Genie from here on out.
