My experience with Customize Jewels was absolutely the best! Great service & communication. I was a bit worried I must say as the amount I was spending was quite high! Ahbay answered all my questions and he was very patient and understanding. I had requested to make a ring custom and purchased the lab diamonds with the GIA certificate. Ahbay communicated everyday with me sending photos of the ring, the size and measurements. When my ring arrived I was absolutely stunned it was even more beautiful than the first ring I had lost some time ago! Truly a great experience. I will defiantly be purchasing again for the next one!

Customize Jewels was very helpful in terms of working with my vision and creating an exquisite engagement 💍 ring for me to propose to my fiancée with (not to mention the matching band though we haven't reached our wedding yet.

They were very communicative, answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and the value received from their workmanship is was first rate. They worked with me to point of waiting for me to confirm what color metal I was going to go forward with to create a unique piece and bring my vision to reality. By communicating options, photographs, diagrams etc. (all in an effort to achieve the desired result) even to the point of offering their expert opinion on the best size of the stone with respect to the desired cut and clarity--they made sure I didn't oversize the centre stone, just to make a bigger sale. The jewelry was customized to perfection all based on the size of the ring and my communication of the size of her hand and so forth. And since the day she said YES! and I put it on her finger, she has been hesitant to take it off even when she moisturizes her skin😄😆. I randomly catch her at times just staring at her ring and she makes comments like, "you did real good, Babe" and so do her friends. Complete strangers have shared remarks about her ring whether in passing or in a business meeting on occasion too.
