I have not even seen the product. It has taken so long. So you may want to wait over a week to send these types of emails out. Other companies deliver is much quicker.

They just did it because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and felt valued as a customer. The quality of the stickers and the look of the stickers are fantastic -- but they just arrived a month and a half after the event, due to shipping issues and then being printed without color. I did appreciate that the company made a big effort to get me the stickers no matter what, and for that, I will upgrade my rating to 3. Thankfully, I can still use the stickers.

I've been working with customstickers.com for some time now to manufacture my stickers for conventions and other sales events. Recently, I put in a very large order of stickers that accidentally came in matte. With just two days before the convention, I was sure the problem could not be resolved and was distraught. Instead, the wonderful staff managed to get the stickers remade and overnight shipped for free and I was able to sell them at the convention. I feel very lucky and happy to work with a company that takes my needs seriously and corrects their mistakes.
