Custom Truck One Source Avis 832

Officially 8 weeks since our truck was delivered. It has been a complete nightmare for us. The truck hasn't performed even a 1-hour job. It has spent the entire 8 weeks since delivery under the microscope and troubleshooting at either Custom Truck Canton or the Ford dealer. 8 weeks and they've offered me nothing to help me perform my work, no replacement of the truck... THEY'VE DONE NOTHING. EXCEPT CONTINUE TO TROUBLESHOOT AND TROUBLESHOOT..... FOR 8 WEEKS!!!!! We spent $200,000.. that money is in your bank account. Meanwhile we have a $200,000 truck that essentially useless. Nobody has ever reached out to me besides the salesman. I'm constantly the one following up with them. Who the hell is the manager? Do they not have the spine to get involved and make a decision to get me taken care of. Are you just waiting for me to file a lawsuit? WHERE IS MY SOLUTION? WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?

Quick response time, very knowledgeable and informative. Help me determine what equipment would meet the city needs best.

Tim Andrews the salesman is great. Look forward to purchasing more equipment from him and Custom Truck going forward-have been a long term customer for over 8 years. Union Grove is a great build sites and Chris Bratz and his staff have been awesome in parts. The only disappointment I have had is dealing with Jackson/Grass Lake. Have called facility and phone calls were not returned from service and or parts. Trying to repair a fractured relationship with this facility but I am not sure they are interested. Dean in service come to see me 6 months ago with new parts manager and I thought we were headed in the right direction but not returning phone calls sent me back to Union Grove

Rented a crane from you guys because it was brand new and wouldn't have to worry about break down. Service manager in Denver customer service is terrible. Was told if crane broke parts would be over nighted by Lee Cunningham sales man. Been down 7 days now and no communication
