In my experience Printwell doesn't deserve even a 1-star rating.
I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available.
After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received.
I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true again, as I still haven't received my refund.
When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration.
The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund—not through the company’s direct efforts.
Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.

I ordered two shirts on March 30th. I understood it would not be overnight shipping but the next message I received from them was on April 18th apologizing for the delay in processing the order. Then on May 6th I received another message telling me the product was being shipped. They indicated they were using a delivery service called ChitChats. On June 3rd I emailed their customer service for an update. No response. I emailed again on June 6th, still no response. I checked the shipping status on Chitchats site where there was a message saying "...Chit Chats has partnered with GTAGSM for last mile delivery of your package" and recommended checking on the status via the tracking number. There I learned that on Tue. May 06, 2025 - 06:37 PM a label was created. That is over 6 weeks ago with no further updates.

This is terrible customer service, only compounded by the fact that they won't respond to my messages. Terrible service.

Update 6-23-2025. I reached out to the company again and was able to speak to somebody this time. Mike helped me out and was able to re-process my order which showed up 2 days later at my home. To Printwell's credit they took responsibility for the problem and corrected it.

Waited over 30 days for delivery. Contacted seller numerous times and the only update given was a tracking number, which stated that a label was created. Seller then told me package was sent out two weeks ago , which is a lie since tracking number shows no such update. Finally contacted my credit card and put in a dispute against this company. Do NOT order from here! Save yourself the headache and run around!

I love my elbows up hat. Lightweight, so perfect for summer.

First off the review of this item is based on the ordering and the issues with that. First off the order was placed March 14th, and after several calls and being told that they were back logged and it would be sent out Tuesday for a Deliver on Friday, on April the 7th I finally got confirmation that the item was being shipped. The policy says at most to have it filled and delivered it could take a maximum of 11 business days, right now it is day 16, and I have confirmation of shipping ... but that could take another while to arrive. I can also confirm that the shipping was not done till I called in for the 3rd time to inquire as the email and the confirmation were only 1 minute apart. Do not order if you are in a rush at all. As of the 17th of April I had to return the package as it had still not arrived. I have demanded a refund that they say will be done when they receive the package. Given that they will receive it today (April 25) I will give them 3 business days to refund the money they have had sine March 14th. I even see now that I can place an order for the same thing and it is now less than what I paid. Horrid customer service.

Used good quality material and timely delivery

Canadian company. Good quality t shirts and well made designs. Only negative is the t-shirt itself doesn’t seem to be Canadian. Tag was missing. Hopefully in future they will be able to source material in Canada.

Three weeks and still waiting for order to ship

Easy website, easy shipping options my order was as expected

order was not double checked as two of an item was ordered and only one sent.

Shirts and blanket were good. It was way too slow, and the delivery company made it worse by not coming when they said they would. Also, was supposed to get a free gift and I did not.

The cap seems sturdy, well made and caption nice and clear. The order took longer to receive than I expected.

My order arrrived shortly after ordering. Good quality product.

Shirt seems to be good condition. Will see how it holds up after a few wash cycles but overall it seems to be well made and its made in canada. Something i've been struggling to find.

Product was very expensive and the amount of time to ship out without any updates, as well as the fact you have to download an app to recieve tracking options was very frustrating. This is despite the fact that it was all done in the same province.

It took quite a bit longer than advertised. But all in all it was good.

I always look to support Canada. I wouldnt live anywhere else. I am so glad you had this website and look forward to buying more from this site.
