PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
ordered a bar it was delivered damaged as it just came as it was with no packaging
Have been promised so many times that I would get a refund but never happens they obviously have no intention of giving me a refund
I wish I had of seen these reviews before ordering so I’m now taking legal action against the company for my money back and more for all the distress this has caused me and have also informed trading standards
Please what ever you do don’t buy from this company with a bit of luck they will be closed down soon

Took payment for a custom built bar with stools but never delivered the product and never gave a refund

Do not buy from this company. When things go wrong (which they will) you will simply be ignored and repeatedly lied to again and again and again. I paid for a bar bundle over 17 weeks ago and still only two of the four bar stools I ordered have been delivered. They will happily take your money but good luck after that. I basically feel like I have been robbed.

Nice try Suma. I can remind you of my order number if you like. You’ll find it in amongst the 100+ emails and WhatsApp messages I had to send you to chase up my order which as you know never arrived. I can assure you this is not a fake review, just the warning from a very unhappy customer.

Awful experience..avoid at all costs. They are simply lying scammers.

I've had an awful experience with Summa the owner. She promised items, which never arrived, after weeks of lie after lie I demanded a refund...which led us on another series of lies.
It's been an upsetting and time wasting experience Summa appears to be legit and friendly, however is quite manipulative.

22/8 I have evidence of our 'transaction'

After 3 months and hundreds of messages and calls with nothing made, delivered or offered, I went down the legal route to get a refund. Luckily I'm only a 1 hour drive from this Lady. Trading Standards are now investigating which I can't stop, even after getting a refund. My suggestion is if she owes you money, see your solicitor who will help.

I got a bar, but then never got the stools.

Paid for a bar and 2 stools. Was promised delivery and stayed in all day, it never turned up. Then made up some nonsense that the courier let them down, despite them showing them loading the van the night before on social media.

Said they would refund the delivery which is fine, then spent a couple of weeks chasing them for delivery.

Finally got delivery of the bar two weeks later, no stools, delivery driver said they would be sending them by courier and they were never on the van, but who does that, clearly gave them to someone else.

I have been trying to get the stools for a month, but now have been blocked by them on social media, so I’m never getting the stools.

If you buy from them it’s basically a roulette if you get what you paid for. Some will, some won’t! So I would advise you to buy somewhere else.

It’s not worth getting ripped off!

The company is a mess, terrible communication and you just don’t get what you paid for!

I am so pleased that some customers have a brilliant experience. Sadly this is not the case for us. I wonder maybe when you read my review you might reply to us as you don’t reply to texts emails or calls. I have had previous reviews taken down due to summa not liking them. All I am asking for is the rest of my delivery we did actually have an email I lied stating that our delivery was on the way 4 weeks ago promising delivery but once again we were let down. I hope to be able to post a more positive review when my problems are resolved.

I must admit, i was slightly apprehensive when i placed the order for my Keg/Table, having seen some reviews which were not as positive especially about late delivery/ not much communication, but they have exceeded my expectations.
Really happy with my purchase, delivered within two week lead time stated and looks great!
Will definitely buy again if we decide to get something else.

Ordered a bar and 2 stools, they were delivered within 4 days and are great quality and exactly as I required.
Great company and brilliant service keeping me in the know with emails and text. First class highly recommend

Ordered bar 6 stools barrel table and wall bar 22 march, received bar 2 stools and barrel table. Really pleased with the quality and workmanship on the items received so far. Looked exactly as it did on website. Summa and team always replied to my emails fairly promptly. Awaiting the rest of my order but I have plenty of faith. Not taking too much notice of the negative reviews. Thank you CWC summa and her team.
Update ,
Still waiting for the rest of my order.about £300 . 4 stools and wall bar. Had a couple of emails saying I will be receiving a delivery date, and nothing as of 22 August 24. Getting a bit ridiculous now!!! 😡 will give it another week then I will commence precedings to recover my money!!!!

Summa and the team were very friendly and the bar came ready assembled- I was expecting flat pack so very pleased I didn’t have to assemble - very good quality product and I am looking forward to the first beer poured at it 😀

Scam, nothing other than a scam.

Even managed to get a point where I thought we would be getting a refund after 6 months. Now at 8 months. No choice but to send a producer.

Update in response to today's response.

Ordered 11/10 - custom L shaped bar. Constant excuses of not being able to complete from family illnesses, to staff, to "it'll be with you this week".

Finally asked would I like a refund. Provided information to do so and heard nothing back.

If trust pilot had the ability to post screenshot, I'd post the pictures of all the emails.

Be careful about bluffing when you know your wrong.

A fantastic bar and a fantastic service! The bar we bought looks great and is just what we wanted for our garden set up. We also bought a Guinness barrel and that looks fab too.
We received great service; Summa was always very quick in her communication and we received our order within 2 weeks. Now it’s set up we’ve had lots of positive comments.
Thanks for our bar guys, it’s sure to have plenty of use! 🤩

DONT USE!!! Ordered a bespoke chopping board in September, sent £200 worth of bespoke coins to go into the resin was told we would have it by end of October. Excuse after excuse, still not received it and it's now May!! Over 120+ messages sent, promises to call me not kept, offers of refund not kept, eventually I received a fake tracking number......... ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! Now taking court action

I’ve just received my barrel and bar, I absolutely love it, brilliant quality and service.

Can wait to seat in the sun this weekend with a nice cold beer.

Paid about 200 quid for a rusty barrel with a few planks of wood on top that had metal staples sticking out and the metal around the barrel just fell off when touched. The company did respond well and it took a few weeks for them to come and get the item. Tried to get the delivery driver back about 20 minutes later. I was considering them sending another one but I decided it wasn’t as advertised. Got told my refund would arrive when the barrel got back to them not when it was collected. Then got told ten working days for refund to drop in. Been 11 days and no response to email or money back. A rusty barrel that sell on average for about 60 quid that was apparently suitable for inside a man cave or bar room as picture shows.

Absolute scammers!!! Took my 70 year old mums money in October 2023 and now blocked her number. Who threatens a 70 year old woman who asks for a refund.

After reporting to trading standards we found out we are just one of many.

Please do not give these people you money, they have taken over £800 of a care homes money, never deliverd the product, then when we asked for a refund they blocked contact, con artists
