This place is a scam. I ordered an adult medium and it was literally a youth sized hoodie. I sent their customer service a picture comparing their hoodie to all of our medium adult hoodies AND my small adult hoodies. Their “medium” was still smaller than my adult smalls.

I asked for another hoodie but larger size and they wanted to charge me again. We went back and forth for weeks. They kept rotating who was handling the email chain and each person kept repeating the same option that is in their favor.

Finally, someone agreed to send me a new hoodie. The design was different much worse than the original. I gave up. This company goes by different names because all of the ads (pictures, videos, etc) are all the same!

Ordered a valentines gift for my partner and its beautiful. Really happy with how it has came out. Cant wait to see my girlfriends face when she opens it.

This company has stolen my designs. I am a small Australian Business (@custid.io on TikTok and Instagram) and I created a Valentine’s Day collection. I have been marketing it by creating TikTok videos and Customygifts have not only stole my designs, they stole the pictures on my website and my TikTok videos with my face, name, designs, and customers in them to sell their fake product. I have continuously tried to contact them to take it down but no response as expected. Please DO NOT buy from this place as I am sure the rest of their products are STOLEN so what you see on the website will NOT be what you get. It’s such a discouraging situation as I have created these designs myself and for someone to steal and profit off my designs is DISGUSTING.

I would give zero stars if I could and wish I would have read these more thoroughly before purchasing. This site is a joke. I ordered two sweatshirts featuring pets (one deceased for my father) and another for my husband with our dogs. Not only did I not receive a confirmation email, when I di finally track down my order number I was given a false tracking number. It never and I mean NEVER moved. I submitted yet another email requesting my money back, to which I got a response with a NEW tracking number and to “wait patient as I can still request a 5% refund if unhappy”. I’m completely unhappy. I placed my order on 12.9 - I got it today 1.18 and it’s awful. Do not buy from this site, it’s not what it seems at all.

Ordered a product months ago, paid for VIP priority shipping, weeks later I had nothing, so I emailed and they said yes it is normal to take 5-7 working days… I had already been waiting over 2 weeks.
They then kept reassuring me it would be here in time for Christmas, and I kept saying no I need it by the 17th, it was for a funeral, not for Christmas, and the reply was ‘don’t worry we promise you’ll have it for Christmas’…
The date comes and goes, Christmas comes and goes, so I ask again for a refund, and they assure me it’s been sent out yet can’t provide tracking details.
Weeks pass again and nothing, until a few days ago I get an email to say it’s been dispatched (so they clearly lied weeks ago about it being dispatched)
Ive now received the order and it missing the main item I purchased (bought one tiny thing to bump it up for free shipping)
I’ve emailed them, and they have said they will send another but I need to pay them £10 for shipping…
How can you make the error yet I pay. I’ve already paid my shipping fees, yet they want me to pay it again because they failed to send my order out.
I’ve told them I’m not paying any extra, and I want a refund as it’s already way after Christmas, and have had no reply
£50 wasted. Pretty sure the company is a scam.

I ordered and paid extra for a product to be expressed shipped through their "VIP service". This might as well be a scam at this point because the order only got created according to their website today which is a month after I purchased it. They won't even compensate or refund the additional amount for their "VIP service".

I ordered two sweaters only one came and I’ve tried to get in touch with them but only reached an automated message returner this site is bull and bogus

Yes you may get your items, but they won’t be as advertised.
Back and forth currently with emails and I get a response say

We understand your feelings very well,everyone wants to have this special product for Christmas.Please don't worry,this is not scam.
We also recommend that you don't send it repeatedly, as this will result in a slower customer service response.”

I wish I could attach pictures to show how far from what they advertise is actually what you get.

Brown detailed whisky glass set came in a black box with no latch as advertised, not to mention the display on the inside is completely different the what they advertise that to be aswell.

I feel like I only received the items as I paid for it via pay pay. I will be looking into my options through pay pal and this absolutely scam of a company along side with poor customer service.

They don’t care about customer feed back nor do I think they will care about reviews I can read between the lines.

Customer service is horrible! They only communicate by sending generic emails. Never received an actual response to my concern and didn't receive the shirt either. Stay away from this company is a scam! I was not allowed to leave a review on their page bc it was a 1 star review.

I live in Germany and ordered a custom T-Shirt and a couple ornament. The order was placed beginning of december. I had a tracking number at all times. I was a little nervous when i saw that it was sent from China, but the delivery went flawless. I received the package after three weeks. The products both exceeded my expectations and my partner was very happy about them! Thank you, it was worth the price.

I made an order at end of November, and was getting generic bounce back emails whenever I asked for an update.
Then they shared with me a tracking number. Then a week later they shared with me a different tracking number.
I paid via PayPal and I am pursuing a refund.
This is a scam website. Don’t bother wasting for your time or money.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order Early November for 2 Christmas Gift Items. I was notified they were shipped on December 2nd, after not receiving them I checked the tracking information and noticed the items had not yet shipped but simply showed "waiting to be shipped" I reached out to the company and they said the items were being shipped right away. Long story short the company won't refund me, I don't have any items. the tracking information shows the items were shipped from china and delivered on december 24th ..but I can confirm no items were delivered. I think it's just a big chineese fraud ring. I opened a claim with PAYPAL and luckily they refunded me right away. Don't order from these guys.

Would literally give no stars if I could. Robbing company saying my parcel was delivered but I haven’t received anything! Then say they can only refund me 10%!!!! Disgusting company and I wouldn’t trust them.

I ordered a sweater and sent in a picture of my YELLOW lab to go on the sweater... When I finally received it (about a month later) it was a CHOCOLATE lab. I emailed them right away to see if they could send me a new, correct, one and they emailed back only offering a 10% refund. Absolutely insane. It took a couple of days to finally agree to send me a new one and it didn't make it on time for Christmas. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered the original sweater. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

Edit: it's Jan 11th and still no new sweater..

Horrible communications. Poor (more like absolutely no) customer service. Slow postage. Don’t bother getting express. It will still take over a month. Tried to be put through to get a reimbursement but just get the run around.

Scam scam scam. Don’t do it. Just don’t. Ordered something on Black Friday and it never came. They keep sending emails like “don’t worry you will get your item”. Yeah right.

This isn't a fake company bc I did eventually receive my items but I would not recommend it. I originally paid for priority design and VIP service but received neither. They admitted that they forgot to process my order bc they were busy (huh?). I had to fight them to get refunded those amounts. When my order arrived it was missing 1 of the 4 tees. I finally received the missing item but the design did not match the other 3 which was entirely the point. Waste of time and money.

Then told they had no details of my order but I had screen shots of order form.

I ordered a shirt and they sent a “shipping confirmation” with no tracking info. When I emailed about it asking for tracking number they said don’t keep emailing or it will “slow customer service” lol

If I could give zero I would. They take the money from your account and then never provide a purchase confirmation. There email response is a 'we're busy, so get lost and we might get to you'. Don't buy from them.
