Excellent. First glass splashback arrived smashed which was no fault of MyCut. Courier let them down. Replacement was sent very quickly with no quibbles. Fits perfectly and looks great. Really good company.

Beautifully cut panel which looks great in our kitchen. Quite pricey but nicer than cheaper alternatives.

I was able to measure a complex shape with cut outs using the really straightforward template. A lovely range of colours. The only issue is with the delivery, you cant select a date - my first delivery was made when I was away. I returned home to find my delivered splash back was in pieces! However the customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent without hesitation. I really love my splash-back, looks really smart.
Cut to size using guidance on website - really worth the price - well packaged and fitted easily using the supplied grab adhesive - much easier than the self adhesive one size splashbacks where there is no possibility of adjustment once applied to the wall. Cutting to size leaves no gaps and produces a very professional finish

First of all, great bunch of people to deal with/help us/advise/provide options, product exactly as expected, spot on size (important to our fit), delivered very securely and quite quickly, product and company highly recommended.

Great quality, made and cut-to-measure for an irregular space in my kitchen. Not the cheapest, but really well made, and delivered ahead of time. Would recommend

Arrived with imperfections under the glass. A replacement was sent, that also had imperfections under the glass, a 3rd replacement was sent, jay had imperfections under the glass AND 2 scratches on the surface of the glass. Would not recommend as there seems to be manufacturing issues and terrible quality control.
Glass splashback,nice edges ,very accurate dimensions. Packed very well.

The splash back arrived very well packaged and was very easy to put up, it’s the perfect size, and a lovely colour, I would definitely recommend and use Cut My again

Arrived damaged and customer service not responding to emails to replace it.
Got what I expected and customer service good on damage to adhesive tube in transit swiftly rectified.
