Great first experience, UK buyer
Great first experience with Cutouts and Collectables. My parcel arrived earlier than expected and I was given a tracking number so I knew when to expect it. Would order from them again no hesitation.

Very happy with them
Very happy with them. Item delivered when available. Great care and handling of items which were very well packaged to prevent any damage to them. Would buy from them again knowing that I can rely on their outstanding service.

I'd never come across this site before so was a little apprehensive about ordering but I need not have been. This Pop is out of stock or on back order almost everywhere so I thought she'd end up disappointed but instead she's going to be ecstatic! Great prices and responsive customer service
I bought six Funko Pops. The prices were very competitive and I was able to secure free postage. There was a slight issue with the latter - I was charged for postage by mistake - but this was resolved really quickly.
The items arrived safely and securely packaged. I will definitely purchase from Cutouts and Collectables again. Recommended

Wizard of Oz funko pops
Pre ordered Wizard of Oz funko pops in Feb for April Delivery. The order arrived with one of them missing. Send them a message on a weekend not expecting a response until Monday but within minutes received a response. After a couple of back and forth emails was assured the missing item would be sent the following week. Which it was, I have received it this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and will absolutely be ordering from them again.

Would highly recommended, never heard of the site before so I was a bit anxious placing an order. I placed an order that said it was a pre order for June but came a lot quicker than I expected ( end of April)
