Zelled them, never got the products. Reached out to multiple of their emails and got no response nor did they bother to contact me

i sent an email explaining how i got sent what i did not order whatsoever and you guys did not answer back

I ordered BPC and Reta from this company. Shipping was standard for USPS so no issues there. Upon arrival inspection of the products the Reta looks different than I had seen previously. Attempted to reconstitute one of the bottles. The crystals wouldn’t dissolve. Attempted the second bottle same situation. After three days the first bottle became very thick but still mostly undissolved. The second bottle remained undissolved but not thick. Day 4 after reconstitution attempt and they are in the same state. The vendor has not responded to my message about it, so at this time I’m considering it subquality and not usable for experimentation due to probable contamination.
