Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has left you with this impression.

We would like to clarify that CV-BRIDGE does not publish fake vacancies or collect CVs under the pretence of recruitment. The jobs available on our platform are sourced from employers, recruiters and established recruitment partners.

Recruitment can be highly competitive, and employers may receive a large number of applications for a single vacancy. In many cases, only candidates selected for the next stage are contacted. As a general guide, if you have not heard from the employer or recruiter within around 10–15 days, it may mean that your application has not been shortlisted on that occasion.

A lack of response does not mean that the vacancy is not genuine. CV-BRIDGE facilitates access to job opportunities and applications, while individual employers and recruiters are responsible for reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates and managing their own recruitment process.

We understand that not receiving a response can be frustrating, particularly after taking the time to apply. We remain committed to providing jobseekers with access to genuine opportunities and a professional, transparent job-search experience.

Hi Helen,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand why the application journey you encountered raised concerns, particularly where you expected to be taken directly to a separate employer application form.
We would, however, like to clarify an important point.
CV-BRIDGE is a recruitment and job-search platform designed to connect candidates with relevant recruiters and hiring opportunities. Depending on the vacancy, part of the application process may involve creating a CV-BRIDGE account and uploading a CV so that the application and candidate profile can be processed through the platform. Not every vacancy therefore redirects candidates to a separate external company application form.
Registration on the platform does not mean that vacancies are fabricated or that CVs are being collected simply for the purpose of “CV farming”.
Where a candidate’s application progresses or is shortlisted against the requirements of a vacancy, the relevant recruiter or hiring team may contact them directly regarding the next stage.
We do agree that the distinction between account registration and confirmation of a specific job application should be as clear as possible. If the email you received only confirmed registration, we understand why this may have caused confusion, and this is useful feedback for us when reviewing the candidate journey.
You also mentioned that you subsequently deleted your account. Once an account deletion has been completed, the candidate profile and CV are no longer available within our active candidate database for ongoing recruitment matching or contact, with deletion handled in accordance with our applicable data-protection and retention obligations.
We would also like to be clear that CV-BRIDGE does not intentionally advertise fabricated vacancies in order to obtain candidate CVs.
If you would like us to investigate what occurred with the particular Finance Assistant listing, you are welcome to provide the job link or Job ID and the approximate date you applied. We would be happy to review the application journey itself and identify whether anything was unclear or did not operate as intended.
We respect your decision and appreciate you raising the concern. Candidate trust and transparency are important to us, and feedback like this helps us improve how the application process is communicated.

Best regards,
CV-BRIDGE LTD

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you raising these concerns.

CV-Bridge is a job search platform that connects candidates with vacancies from employers and recruitment partners. While we help candidates discover and apply for roles, the hiring and response process is managed by the employer or recruiter, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee a response to every application.

We also want to be very clear that CV-Bridge does not sell candidates’ phone numbers. We take user privacy seriously and only process or share information in accordance with the consent provided by the user and our privacy policy.

We would be happy to investigate your experience further, including the applications you submitted and any concerns around unwanted calls. Please contact our support team with the email address associated with your CV-Bridge account so we can look into this properly.

Hi,

Thank you for raising this, and we’re sorry the experience left you with that impression.

CV-BRIDGE takes the authenticity of job opportunities very seriously, and we do not intentionally publish fake vacancies or use job listings simply to attract job seekers.

A vacancy can sometimes stop accepting applications earlier than expected if sufficient applications have already been received, the hiring requirement changes, or the role is paused or closed by the relevant hiring team. Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen even shortly after a role has been advertised.

We would, however, like to look into the specific vacancy you saw rather than make assumptions about what happened.

Please send the **job title or job link** to **[ali@cv-bridge.co.uk](mailto:ali@cv-bridge.co.uk)**, and we will review the listing and its status.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kind regards,
Ali
