My order came in used condition
My order came in used condition, the box was opened and partly damaged, the item was sticky, dusty and scratched.
I was terrified because CWC is rated very high, and that was not what I've been expecting from the company. I bought a new item for the full price and they should have warn me about the item condition at the very least. Not the best first experience.
I hope there won't be any trouble with the return.
Delivery took 3 business days to the ACS point. I have no complaints here.

Upon receiving your review and immediately alerting my store manager in Larnaca to your complaint I believe that we are providing a replacement. We have raised the matter with our supplier and want to assure all our customers that we do not sell sub standard goods and if there is ever a legitimate complaint we will of course accept the return. Better than Stephanis for service
Very good value and service, much better than Stephanis. Only thing that could be improved would be if electrical products came with a moulded 3 pin plug instead of 2 pin.

Paphos Cartridge World very good
I ordered a printer and checked my bank account but no funds had been withdrawn so I contacted the company via email I had no response to this as I needed the printer urgently which has resulted in me paying for taxis again as I didn't have the information required for my meeting, I ended up paying for a printer again and the printer was delivered the same day I have to say my local shop and the delivery guy are spot on they are very very good at Cartridge World paphos
