My order arrived at the promised date…
My order arrived at the promised date (although I expected it to be postponed due to New Year's Eve), and I received exactly what ordered. However, the store's address wasn't specified in the confirmation email, and the decision to head out the the address in the email's footer was wrong from my side. Gladly, only one store in Limassol in Google Maps was open, and it turned out to be the right one.

Ordered online but then to find out its out of stock
Ordered online and you advertised in stock but after waiting 3 working days I called your office and was advised that its out of stock. The Larnaca office Lady was very helpful and polite.

I understand you passed by the shop enquiring about this item, we checked and advised that it's out of stock from the supplier, However our supplier had not updated their stock on their api which connects to our website and so when you then proceeded to place an online order it proceeded when of course the item was OOS. We did inform you of order cancellation.
Your case has highlighted a weakness in our supplier api that we will now address with them. Hope we overcome these issues.

Ordered items not delivered
19 days after the order I have not received the ordered items, even though payment for the same was promptly completed on the 22nd October 2024. Even though your Moira Ledingham contacted me to correct a cartridge that she spotted was not pertinent, I have since received no feedback on the status of the order, which should have been delivered within 2-3 days of the ordered date.
I find this unacceptable.

I have investigated with the courier and this was indeed an unfortunate error that led to the biggest delay after they picked up the toners from us. Their final email comment to me was telling and I quote ''My final advise is to pre-alert your customers to prefer and ask to pick up from an ACS point for the next 2 months as delays in delivery will continue due to the high volumes we expect this period of time.''
We will be making adjustments in message on our website checkout. We will inform that ''pickup from ACS point is the fastest method.
Please expect a call from our Ops Director John tomorrow as we want to assure you of our sincerity.

I fully understand your frustration. It is totally unacceptable. We have spent the morning investigating and the fault lies with ACS couriers who took the goods from us on 24/10. I have escalated the matter to their MD and await his intervention to get the goods delivered by tomorrow, I further requested his investigation and will share what I find with you.
Once the goods are with you, we will be in touch with a proper apology. This experience is not reflective of our usual excellent service to our customers.
