The experience was great and all the parts arrived the lid the heat pad the thermal wrap so just weighting on good weather to set up hot tub again but all very good 👍,.......

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this cover for my Lay-Z-Spa Maldives.
I find the original lid that came with the spa absolutely terrible. I purchased this as it seemed like it was a replacement lid - particularly as it had some form of frame that implied it would make it solid.
The cover itself is great, but the frame is a complete let down. There is no way that the frame is going to help keep the rain off of it - it just creates four areas for the rain to pool into!
I'm still unsure as to whether or not this is a replacement lid or whether it is supposed to work in conjunction with my existing lid - the website is unclear, and even several pro-subscription AI models that analysed their website and all social media platforms was undecided!
I would like to see more details/videos on their website of their final products - a setup video wouldn't go amiss either. That said, if I'd seen the product to that detail, I probably wouldn't have bought it!
If they were to put some effort into a decent frame to support the cover, this would be perfect, but the cheap nasty frame that they send is completey unfit for purpose - I can see it working on some of the smaller tubs, but not the Maldives.
Additionally, there has obviously been some design changes to the frame (by the way, it is only held together by a few grub screws), but I received the original instructions with parts tippexed out. The instructions aren't great either - they don't really match up with the product, and if I followed them to the letter, I'd have to get inside my hot tub with the lid on for one of the steps.

Really disappointed with the product. No information about how to assemble or how it actually fits. Doesn’t fit well to lazy spa hot tub. Straps had to go under hot tub (I presume) so had to empty the whole thing out. Not clear how to secure the frame. I will be surprised it this keeps the rain from pooling. A lot of money and very disappointed

We ordered an insulated mat for our hot tub from cwtchy after purchasing an insulated jacket previously. We haven't used the mat yet but if it's the same quality as jacket we will be delighted. Very fast delivery and good correspondance

Quick delivery. As of yet we haven't used the item, however I have high expectations after reading other reviews.

Was really hoping this would be a perfect solution following several fails with inflatable lids but although the level of insulation seems good, unfortunately found the cover to be very awkward to use. Cover slides up and down the metal support bars when the cover is put on and off, which makes it easy to get part of the cover in the water, bars are quite heavy and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious position to put the cover in when the hot tub is in use. The weight of the cover seems like it would bend the poles unless there is enough space to lie the cover down flat. Quality is good but some design issues to sort out.

Highly recommend these covers 5*****. We have a Lay Z Spa St Moritz & we are so happy. Don’t hesitate just buy them they are the best we certainly regret not getting them sooner

The under the tub mat is amazing. I am not feeling my Raj rainbow sandstone slabs as now my boney bum has some extra padding. Great bonus

Cwtchy covers provide a fairly unique hot tub product. I already owned the jacket bought from them some time ago and now have the insulated cover. Overall a great insulation solution for my inflatable hot tub at a reasonable price helping to save money on energy costs.

Had our thermal mat for a few weeks just waiting to empty and refill well yesterday was the day emptied cleaned put mat under refilled with hot water temp was reading 38 degrees shocked tub once covers where on it was still reading 38 degrees checked at 11 o’clock no heater on and still at 38 degrees at 10 this morning it read 36 degrees overall well impressed to drop only 2 degrees in October

Looks very well made. Nice thick material. Seems to be helpful in keeping the heat in the hottub

Great service and great quality items. Sent out quickly and very impressed with how well they do keep the heat in the hot tub. With the heat off over night it's only loosing 2-3 degrees so will make a big difference to the winter running costs of the tub!

Very good covers, we have a large 7 seater and I was concerned about the heating bills. We had it on for about a week before the base and the side cover turned up and this definitely has cut the time the heater is on. I would say it’s on a third of the time it was before if not less and I’m so pleased I didn’t bother with the lazy spa covers.

The base mat was extremely well made and beautifully cushioned. The perfect addition to the hot tub and fitted spot on
