A massive thank you to the team for their excellent service provided to treat a Japanese Knot Weed issue. Provided an exceptional service to deal with the issue. A plan was provided and explained when and what would be happening. Highly recommended!

In 2018 we were about to purchase our current home in Bath and our surveyor identified the presence of Japanese Knotweed in our neighbours "wild" garden and one small plant growing in our hedge line

The plants were well away from out property and didn't seem to bother other Mortgage company unduly but nevertheless I wanted it dealt with before exchange of contracts to avoid any future issues and the vendor agreed

Working with the neighbours we looked for experts to advise us and soon engaged CYB.Chris quickly joined us on site,expained what we had ,the implications and our options as well as running through the process and costs.

We soon had a contract in place to eradicate the weed and over the next three years Chris was fantastic. He was on site regularly spraying when needed and in between treatments he also often stopped by when in the area for other clients to look for signs of new growth

We now have comprehensive certificatation from CYB that there is no longer Knotweed impacting our or our neighbours property

This documentation is acceptable to mortgage companies, banks and surveyors so going forward we are comfortable that we are in a good place thanks to the work and advice of the CYB team

I would have no hesitation to recommend CYB to anyone who thinks they may have Japanese Knotweed affecting their or their neighbours property.

And my learning .....bring in the experts early and don't let the problem fester!

We inherited a treatment plan when we bought our house in Bristol..with historical knotweed already dealt with by CYB Environmental.
From first contact they could not have been nicer or more patient with us being new to the issue..all was explained in understandable detail and transfer of plan to us was easy and well handled.
We had a site visit from Chris and he explained the situation and put our minds at rest in a very professional manner. We had a second site visit and eventually a handover to new owners when we sold the house..all done in a professional manner and CYB were very helpful when it came time to answer questions from the new owners.
All in all I was very happy with the service..very happy with the treatment plan and would happily contact Chris and his team should the need arise in the future..thanks again..Ian

Chris surveyed my property and took extremely swift action to kill the knotweed in my garden which was preventing me renewing my mortgage. He provided documentation and a plan which satisfied the bank and he was proactive in revisiting to ensure progress. The property was signed off with no reoccurrence of the knotweed. Very happy with the service, follow up and job completion. Would highly recommend.

Chris came an surveyed the property and was very honest and clear with his assessment. He offered us the option of spraying or digging out the area. We decided that digging out the growth was the better long term option but it was more costly. Joe and Hamish were on site for a few days and were extremely polite, tidy and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.
