I have 15 years of solid BPO experience, including leadership roles and Six Sigma certification, yet I’ve been rejected five times by Cyberbacker at the initial interview stage. Each time, I came prepared, answered all questions properly, and demonstrated my skills clearly. Despite that, I was dismissed without explanation. Honestly, it felt less like a fair interview and more like a power-tripping HR experience. It’s disappointing when a company claims to value people but shows no transparency or respect for experienced professionals. If the interviewers can’t recognize talent or provide constructive feedback, it raises serious questions about how they assess applicants. I expected better from a company that promotes growth and opportunity.

Racist company

Greetings to you

Please could you and your remove my email from your contact.
I don't need any mails from the company anymore.

Its so obvious that you are selective in hiring and biased also.
I have sat for your initial interview for 6 times each having different choices but I still received rejection with the same email content - you just send the same email to everyone earmarked for rejected regardless of how they have performed in your Value assessment and you on-demand zoom interview.

I know I made thorough research using all tools available( Google, YouTube, ChatGPT and company's website) but I the same rejection mail I got from the 1st time was still same for the 6th time.

If you can't hire from some location why not be open and place restrictions on them or let the applicants know on time instead of hiding under the cloak of poor performance or I quote "We believe that the role you chose may not be the best for you". We care deeply about the well-being and satisfaction of our employees " It's a professional deceit, that's all.

I have given up on cyberbacker and please I don't need emails anymore reminding me of any" initial interview "

I am extremely and ultimately proud of my country Nigeria and have fashioned exceptional services to foreign clients in UK, US, France, Netherlands and Africa and they have all been of praises and they all pay me through my international bank account without any hassle.

So whatever that's restraining you from hiring from Nigeria, I don't care to know but Know this and know peace.

THIS IS PURE RACISM!!!

DON'T BE DUPE BY THIS AGENCY.

I'm writing to share my experience with the Cyberbacker application process. This has been 1 year ago, but a friend who recently applied confided so I told him that I forgot to warn him about this agency. To others who are planning to apply be aware and take heed of my experience. I noticed that after applying for a position and going through the initial interview, I received an email inviting me to another initial interview even though I was previously informed I hadn't been selected before.

A friend previously working there told me the HRs are just in for the quota. I understand the importance of quotas in recruitment, BUT it can be confusing for applicants to receive follow-up emails after being told they haven't been chosen for a role. It might be helpful for Cyberbacker to implement a system that tracks application statuses more efficiently to avoid such situations.

Additionally, I'd like to mention some considerations for potential applicants. It's important to be aware of the possible salary for this AGENCY. You will just be receiving $2/hr for your effort. I want to remind you of the associated costs of working remotely, such as internet, electricity, and equipment expenses. If they can provide that well that's good, but if you are the one who will shoulder everything and they are just the middle man, $2/hr is lowballing you for the skills and services you provide. even if they will shoulder everything $2/hr is still not enough. Other companies even if they provide the internet allowance and equipment will give you at least $5/hr.

It might be beneficial to explore direct client opportunities on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn to compare compensation with other clients. Other agencies are also providing equipment for people who are working remotely. You can research it online.

So do not waste your time applying. They get 5-star reviews from their favored employees. It's important to consider the validity of online reviews, especially those that seem heavily influenced by this company. For a more balanced perspective, potential applicants might want to look for reviews from a wider range of sources, including those from former employees who left the company because of the low compensation and those who applied.

Job application takes forever..

I applied for some of their job openings, but none of them emailed me back. There was one, I forgor her name but I asked if they are still hiring coz of the poster she shared via email as well, but empty. Even followed her on FB, but she did not replied back. Disappointed

Apply at your own risk.

It took me months, re-take of tests and many applications in order to attend their pre-screening. I managed to move forward to the initial interview, and whether I did well or not in my interviews (which they did not actually specify on their reply email), I can say that they have this "Auto-Ghosted" personality to the applicants who does not match their equipment' requirements. Be vigilant on reading their job advertisements everywhere. Apply at your own expense. You have been warned.

I don't know how Cyberbacker does it but maintains its standards while being there with you every step of the way. From the hiring process to the assessments, to onboarding and all the trainings to finally receiving my fees, Cyberbacker's there for me and everyone.

Endless opportunities with Cyberbacker

I've been with Cyberbacker for a year now and still counting! Cyberbacker has simply shown me that anyone can achieve greatness, regardless of their background or level of expertise. They've opened so much opportunities to me and they've helped me to be at my greatest, Cyberbacker helped me to be a better version of myself. I'm still a student but I am happy that with the system and support that Cyberbacker offers it gives me the freedom to be more productive. One of the greatest perks is that we have a permanent work-from-home arrangement, which offers us more time to spend with our loved ones, friends, and ourselves while making money. And to briefly share my experience, when I was on my 3rd month with Cyberbacker I got promoted as a Headbacker and I will be forever grateful with this opportunity to train other cyberbackers and to inspire them on how they can also be the masters of their lives.
There's so much in here. You can't tell or feel unless you'll try to be part of this growing company!

Life changing experience

If you want growth, relationship, fun and wealth, then you have reached your destination. These upholds the core values of Cyberbacker. This decision is a life-changing experience for me as it gives comfort and balance with work and family. The company, the team, and my client M. Montez, they have been my second family. BUYER BEWARE: Initially pleased but a terrible experience with questionable practices

HONEST REVIEW: Initially I was very pleased wi/ Cyberbacker’s organized process for onboarding my Cyberbacker.

Their communication was very prompt, the process was organized, and I was pleased with my Cyberbacker’s effort w/ learning scripts, positive attitude, and technology skill set.

Things soured when after 90 days the appointments & contacts #s were still low and I researched extensively why. I continued to work closely with my Cyberbacker on scripts, follow up, objection handlers and I felt confident that my Cyberbacker was performing well.

Come to find out that the phone number from Cyberbacker shows up as spam risk to most callers. They can reset the number (don’t know why that wasn’t done in the beginning and may/may not improve the outcome).

I shared my concerns and continued working closely with Cyberbacker. Initially, their action plan was to work closely with my Cyberbacker, reset their phone number so it doesn’t show as spam, then replace my cyberbacker if needed. I considered keeping my contract for another 90 days, but w/ continuing to invest $1800 monthly & assessing that risk w/ continued poor ROI, I requested my termination fee be negotiated for a partial goodwill credit as I was assessing $1800 risk monthly by not terminating my contract.

I asked this in detail twice. I was reminded I signed a contract and that they wouldn’t ensure or discuss any credit in fees. They never escalated up for further consideration either. I was willing to move forward w/ their plan if they’d shown some goodwill to my investment by negotiating a partial term fee credit 90 days later, but they only said they couldn’t ensure anything and I had signed a contract. 4 mths in and their number shows up as spam risk, appts /contacts were low, no fee negotiations - that was too much risk for me to take on.

I shared I was upset in their unwillingness to negotiate and that it seemed they were uninvested in the service rendered or my level of risk, that they were more invested in their bottom line. I said I wanted 7 to 10 days to assess my options and that I would contact them back with a final decision regarding my remaining contract.

After 7 days they called me once daily. I was traveling and still undecided. At day 9 I decided to move forward for one more monthly cycle in order to give my cyberbacker notice and tie up loose ends.

I paid my invoice for the current mth billing cycle. The following day, day 10 (Fri) I notified my cyberbacker that although I was pleased with his performance, the ROI simply wasn’t there. I thanked him for his great work ethic & said I would notify cyberbacker on Monday - that he’d stay on w/ me until end of this cycle (a few weeks).

Two hours later my cyberbacker texted me that he had been told not to logon on monday because I had notified cyberbacker of my decision not to move forward. Untrue - I had not done this.

I emailed them for an immediate call and they did call me immediately.

What I received was a call about how I had not paid my bill. I was also reminded that I said I said I’d decide within 7 days - another untruth.

This upset me further and I asked her to listen to the previous call THEY RECORDED: I had said 7-10 days and I had in fact paid for another month of service the day prior, on day 9.

I received no apology initially or what I would even call basic professional courtesy.

I felt like a bill collector was calling me and not a good one at that, as a good one would have checked with billing and seen that my account had actually been paid for another cycle the day prior.

At this point I pointed all of these things out, including the fact that not once in those few days had they bothered to follow up w/ a simple email or check billing before telling my cyberbacker another untruth: that I’d informed Cyberbacker of my final decision and subsequently not have him report for work on Monday.

I told them I wouldn’t dream of treating my real estate clients this way - without even a basic level of client service.

Once the cyberbacker rep realized that I was indeed within the 10 days I said I’d take, that I had actually paid for another month of service the day prior, and that no one had done any basic client service such as following up with a simple email to me while I traveled or checked w/ billing regarding my invoice, she apologized to me for how I’d been treated. I ended the call & the contract.

Bottom line:
1. This company can’t ensure a sales based phone service that doesn’t get flagged as spam. They also don’t disclose that when you sign their contract.

2. It’s all about the money in my experience - no real level of service at all with negotiations/credits or concerns addressed, or even considered, about services rendered and poor results.

3. Putting words in my mouth twice were major concerns for me.

I invested over $16K for 5 mths plus term fee - BUYER BEWARE

Joining Cyberbacker is the best decision I ever made. I would highly recommend Cyberbacker to anyone who is interested in a work-from-home setup. Cyberbacker is the company that will give you the opportunity to have a work-life balance and a good amount of job commitment, support, and trust. Indoctrination galore. Let me edit that. We're not employees. We're contractors! No obligation from their side to give us benefits or overtime pay but guess what, we have fixed hours, daily forms to accomplish, and other process to follow everyday. Run away!

I was a seafarer right before the pandemic hit. When I got back to the Philippines, I decided not to go back in the industry realizing it was not the life I wanted for me and my family.

Until I came across Cyberbacker and embarked on a journey with just faith and persistency. I didn’t know that my life would change drastically.

Working in the shipping industry was way different than working from home but it was a smooth transition even though it is my first time working online, of course with the help of great training and hardwork.

They keep calling me and harassing me…

They keep calling me and harassing me non stop even after I asked multiple times to stop. I had a horrible experience with them and I do not recommend it to anyone. They also are not happy with a review I wrote a while ago and keep calling me non stop to remove it. It was an honest review just like this one and I will not delete it. People should be able to see honest reviews too.

Great company | Great values | Great people!

I am currently a working student and Cyberbacker allowed me to grow and learn new skills within and outside my comfort zone. They provide career growth and have a really great support system! I was hired the first time I applied (with zero experience)- recruitment process is long but all worth it! I get to learn to love working in the comfort of my own home. 😊

They only care about money and not…

They only care about money and not about their clients.

I am glad some people are happy but they gave me a completely unprepared Cyberbacker whom they claimed was experienced, he left after 1 week of training after having access to all my passwords and database. The company does not want to take any responsibility or refund me for what I paid even though the Cyberbacker was not working. It’s been almost 2 months now and they are paying games, just charged me $1600 and are not looking to refund it. This is a scam! All they talk about is giving me another Cyberbacker.
I will never put my business through that again. Plus their process is unnecessarily lengthy and time consuming. There are way too many zoom meetings with no purpose but when something goes badly, everyone disappears.

Not based in Batangas, USA only bs.

I got a long pause, followed by we are a US based company, and we do not have a base here in the Philippines.

This is the point where I say this is just a scam.

The company is registered location is. Morarda AVE poblacacion barangay 1 lips city, Batangas.

Not 2447 Liesel AVE Ogden, UT USA.

An American company can't just employ individuals here without the company have a major Filipino ownership, or done with a Filipino agency.
