Absolute scammers! Avoid D2P Autoparts at all costs!Review:If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with in the UK. I ordered a part from them (Order #D2PWEB31822), but it didn't fit my car. I returned it via Royal Mail using their official return channel, and the tracking number (OV728242607GB) clearly showed that the package was successfully delivered and signed for at their warehouse.After they received the item, they completely ignored my emails and sent me repetitive, automated, copy-paste messages on WhatsApp saying that the return was "still processing". They were clearly stalling and keeping both my money and the part.When I lost patience and raised an official Chargeback case with my bank (Chase UK), they panicked. They messaged me on WhatsApp, shamelessly lying that Royal Mail "lost the package". However, they made a massive mistake and accidentally sent me a screenshot of their internal Shopify backend. In that screenshot, their own timeline logs showed that they had opened my package, inspected the valve, put it back on their warehouse shelf to resell it, and that the refund was pending ONLY because the bank forced them to!They are absolute cowboys and fraudsters who will lie to your face to keep your money. They even begged me to cancel the bank dispute before giving me the refund—a classic trap to make me lose my banking protection. Thankfully, my bank handled it and forced the funds back onto my card.Avoid D2P Autoparts! They will keep your money unless you involve your bank. Total cowboys

Just put in my first order with D2P and Shawn was absolutely amazing. I was finding it difficult for anyone to ship the part I needed to Northern Ireland and had lost hope. Ended up finding D2P and thought it was worth a message. Shawn managed to confirm they did post to me and guided me through the purchase making it stress free. Fingers crossed the courier doesn't let the side down, thanks again Shawn.

I have seen alot of bad comments but i have very good experince with them i ordered the part which arrived next day with urgent delievery however due to my fault it was wrong part, contact customer who advised correct part and customer service was excellent and very quick, sent wrong part back at no cost and get my refund back in 2/3 days. Highly recommended

I've purchased 3 times from D2P. First time I emailed to check parts fitted (2 x door lock actuators) and got a quick response and parts fitted fine, appear to be good quality (still fine almost a year later). Needed another actuator recently (should have changed all 4!?! at he same time. I made a mistake on the order and ordered the wrong part - should have checked - but D2P exchanged wrong for correct part without hassle, which arrived quickly. Now sorted and all is working fine. I will use D2P in future - probably for the remaining lock actuator!!! Can't fault service and quality. Parts were for a Jaguar XF Lux Sportsbrake with keyless locks.
