D3 Short Stay Avis 13

Nos alojamos 6 personas( 3 adultos y 3 niños). La situación del alojamiento, para nosotros, fue muy cómoda ya que tenía un centro comercial enfrente, con supermercado y lugares para comer, además del metro, a poca distancia.
La casa, de 3 plantas, es muy agradable. Cocina equipada. Productos de limpieza y café, azúcar e infusiones para el desayuno.
Las habitaciones (4) amplias, con cómodas camas. 2 baños. En el ático, la sala de estar con televisión y juegos de entretenimiento. Al lado, la mesa para comer.
La relación con la empresa fue fluida y fácil. En todo momento pendientes.
Recomiendo el alojamiento. Nos gustó mucho.

The facilities here are absolutely top-notch – everything is well-maintained, clean, and clearly designed with users in mind. From modern equipment to comfortable spaces, every detail has been thought through to ensure convenience and enjoyment. It’s obvious that the company puts a lot of effort into keeping everything in perfect condition, and it really makes a huge difference to the whole experience. I couldn’t fault anything at all and would definitely recommend it to others!

The stay was great! The place is very clean and easy to manage. Has a lot of space especially in the kitchen and bedrooms upstairs. Mabel is very lovely and a great host!

This was a lovely home and exceeded our expectations.The house was bright, modern and extremely clean on arrival ,each bedroom was well setup ,the bathrooms were in excellent condition and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.The space felt comfortable, homely ,perfect for short and longer stays.Great location and easy access to transport and local amenities.Overall a very comfortable and stress free stay , the host was super responsive.

The property is spacious and clean, with private parking available. The hosts respond promptly to enquiries. It was a great experience—we stayed for four months.

We had a really lovely stay at Mabel’s 4-bedroom mezzanine apartment in Wood Green. We booked very last minute due to an emergency family situation, and Mabel was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from the outset. She went out of her way to help us, including offering a discounted rate, which we truly appreciated.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well set up for a family stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, and the mezzanine layout was a nice bonus. Everything we needed was provided, and the flat felt welcoming and well cared for.

Mabel was an excellent host throughout – communication was clear, quick, and reassuring, especially given the short notice. She genuinely made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we’re very grateful for her hospitality. We would happily recommend her place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in North London and would stay again without hesitation.

Amazing host - very good communication

Well appointed 3 bedroom house (2 double bed rooms, 1 triple) plus sofa bed in living room. What looks like barely used, possibly new, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Two wc's, bath with shower over and separate smallish shower. 5 minute walk from Tottenham Stadium. Private parking off road for 2 cars. Hostess was really helpful with directions etc. Close enough to Weaver Line to use as a base for central London but far cheaper. I will book here again

Fantastic accommodation, Mabel is a fantastic host, always checking if your need advise.
Also the additional extra of parking, perfect.

To start with as a 19 year old being turned down by most places, I would like to give a massive thanks to the host Mabel from D3 Short Stay who saved my stay last minute and provided me with an absolutely stunning home! From the moment we stepped into this Airbnb, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the impeccable cleanliness. The decor is modern yet cozy, and every amenity we could possibly need was provided. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would give this Airbnb 5 stars without hesitation! Will definitely be returning.
