Really poor customer service
Really, really poor customer service. Unresponsive to email and chat functions, no phone number to call. Pretty terrible way to let the writing community down by not replying to issues and questions. A large portion of my book was deleted. I have no idea how this happened. I have spent well over a day now trying to get a response from someone to see if they can access it through their cloud, but they don't respond. What is the point of having a live chat function if there is no one at the other end to help resolve issues? I will be canceling my subscription as soon as I finish my manuscript.
