Great detox
I completed a two day roots and fruits detox.
Consuming juices at 2 hourly intervals meant I did not experience hunger pangs. The hot shot is very spicy and helpful with combatting the afternoon slump!
I felt better for completing it

I felt great after a 3 day colour…
I felt great after a 3 day colour cleanse, I would definitely do it again! I was so surprised I survived without eating for 3 days as I thought I would be hungry but I definitely wasn’t!

Unfortunately the juice cleanse wasn’t for me - after a few days the symptoms of constant headaches, fatigue and dizziness stopped me from completing the course.

Best juice company I’ve bought from
Original order was wrong but the company quickly resolved the situation for me so was very happy . All juices were very nice and you surprisingly had a good amount to drink each day . I did make them last longer than the 3 days and had a small healthy meal in the evening which worked better for me . But if you just want to juice each day then think you would be able to without the hunger other juice programmes sadly leave . I’ve tried a few over the years and these seem to be the best ones . Highly recommend
