Scam alert!!!
1. Had purchased a Gyuto knife from this website on the 10th September, the team was proactive till the time I had paid for the knife, the moment I paid for it the replies on messenger were delayed. It's been more than a month and I havent received the knife yet, their standard shipping is said to be 12 - 21 days but has exceeded more than 32 days now and counting. The team has stopped replying to my messages since the time I asked for a refund.
2. Quality of the product :
After I had purchased this product is when I realized that I had made a grave mistake as the same product on a different website was available for almost $40 less. I purchased the knife on daily gifty for NZD $60 but the same was available on Ali express for NZD $18. When I had asked the customer service team, I got a reply saying it's not the same knife but no proof or specific reason was given. After all both these knives were made by the same knife manufacturer "Marx & co." And the product images / videos that were used were the same, the only difference between these 2 websites were their packaging. DAILY GIFTY sends the gyuto knife in a box and charge a premium of $40 for that. Pathetic!!

3. Promotional offer that never ends
This website has a timer which says the promotional offer ends in 3hrs xx mins but even after a month of purchase I still find the same timing on the website and have checked a couple of times.

4. Real time reviews??
Had checked their facebook account as I wanted to check the real time reviews but I couldn't find The Gyuto knife product on their page. Whereas on their website they have these so called real time reviews from facebook which could be made by them.

Wouldn't recommend this website to anybody, it's a big scam.

This is one great knife. It is scary sharp, to the point that I use one of my cut resistant gloves when working with it. Has great balance and feels good in my hand. To top it off, the price was a great buy.

I ordered the Gyuto knife and really seemed great. My boyfriend who's a chef has been using at home the whole time. It's definitely sharp and very nice to look at at... The service was also great.

Shocking company, I bought a “high quality” kitchen knife from them, it was butter-knife blunt within a month. They refused a refund arguing that all knives go blunt while ignoring the fact that it had happened after about eight uses. I claimed the money back through PayPal.
