Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed participating, but we completely understand your concerns about costs and the frequency of wins among certain players.

We strive to provide as many freebie options and low ticket prices as possible. The Free Guitar Club aims to give users a chance to win a guitar at no cost every month, and Free Draw Friday, hosted every Friday, is an initiative to increase the win rate and ensure everyone has a fair chance to enjoy the experience, regardless of their budget.

Regarding the website experience, we appreciate your insights on its functionality. We are constantly working on improvements/ fixes to the site and we hope you can appreciate that technology sometimes has a mind of its own! A feature showcasing closed listings and their draw schedules is a fantastic idea that we will certainly explore going forward.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t had a winning experience yet, and we understand how disappointing that can be.

We are always working to improve our platform, and your comments about the process for finding prize draws and completing purchases are helpful. We are constantly working at streamlining user experience. We recently made changes to the checkout page so that payments are integrated on-site, removing the need to be redirected to make changes.

We are also currently working on hover boxes so that people can enter draws without having to open more pages and click more buttons. We want to make it as easy and intuitive as possible for everyone to participate in our draws without any hassle.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how disappointing it can be when your concerns aren’t addressed promptly, and we’re looking into the delay with your email to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

Regarding the multiple wins by certain contestants, we appreciate your standpoint and understand why this could feel unfair. Our intention is to create an exciting environment for all participants involved, and by introducing instant win prizes, and flash draws, we hope to spread the distribution of winners across more people.

While we do allow multiple wins, we're constantly evaluating our policies to find a balance between fairness and competitiveness whilst providing as many routes as possible to enter competitions.
