Clasp was too tight

Clasp was too tight. Had to use pliers to get it open then had to use pliers again to close it. Didn’t dare put it on my wrist for fear I wouldn’t be able to get it off. Threw it in the trash!

Be weary

After 2 weeks I still haven’t received my package. The tracking still says awaiting carrier pickup. I have contacted the company for resolutions and communication is slow. So now I’m waiting for my money to be returned. They use different vendors so it’s hit or miss 🥴
