Always helpful and always prompt. This company is totally reliable. They have come to my aid on a couple of occasions. My boiler was serviced without any fuss, also they replaced the water tank in my roof.

Outside tap - Danny was very careful and efficient in all the work he did to fix the tap , from an awkward , space limitation scenario. He was friendly and communicated when necessary. I will definitely use this company again.

Kitchen tap had started to leak, got in touch with the office who booked job in for 3 working days later. Given a time estimate on the day and plumber arrived slightly earlier than estimated.
Job completed with no fuss, no mess would highly recommend and will use again for any plumbing issues.

Dale Saunders fitted a new shower. They were exemplary from the outset. The office contact set out clearly the options, sourcing products, providing a clear quote and following up to ensure the work was satisfactory. Harrison who carried out the work was excellent. He worked very hard and cleared up as he went along.I would highly recommend the company as the work was done to a very high standard.

When quoting, Dale was very pragmatic and helpful. Didn't try to sell up, just limited himself to what we needed and would work.
We had warned that there was some sort of blockage and in the end they had to completely rebuild the shower and sink drainage - but still stuck to the quote. First class, an organisation that honours it's prices.

My partner and I purchased out first property in April. We were unsure of the boiler state and therefore asked Dale Saunders to come out and assess our boiler for us. We were asked to pay an upfront cost of £84 and were told this is for the first hour of labor upfront. The engineer turned up and looked at our boiler, he was at our property for 20 minutes and then deemed our boiler to be beyond economic repair and we were advised to have the boiler replaced. I asked the engineer if they could give us a quote for a new boiler to be installed and was told I would have a quote with me in the next week. 2 weeks passed and we didn't have any follow up contact or quote sent to us. I then reached out to other companies and had our boiler replaced by someone else as I was not going to chase them (you'd think they would want the business). Since then, I have had constant emails telling me I owe £74. I have emailed back to ask why they are requesting this extra fee and have not heard back a response. The emails do not state what the money is for and I am being sent the same email on a monthly basis. I am really unimpressed with this service and will definitely not be using them again. Do not recommend!

In March Dale gave me the best advice I have had on type of boiler needed- it was incredibly helpful to have such clear and understandable advice from the start. The following day a quote and installation within days. Since then I have gone on with complete refit of shower room and bathroom, all to highest standard and at a fair price. Gas engineer, bathroom fitter, apprentice, electrician have all been first class. Jamie and his apprentice worked as a great team. Jamies experience and all round skills provided me with confidence, as he made suggestions on a bathroom where he finished off every small detail, so the final result was just what I hoped for. Lisa gave me very helpful input on colour choices along the way- helpful as colour not my strong point. Dale Saunders Ltd and his team highly recommended. Thank you very much.
