We would like to recommend Dale Saunders Ltd for ensuring our new bungalow became the investment of our lives.

We met him initially to install central and under-floor heating. Our previous builder pulled out at the last minute and he was able to take on the whole job, totally refurbishing our chalet bungalow.

He built a part loft conversion, installed a new domestic lift, replaced all windows, upgraded 2 bathrooms, installed central and under-floor heating and finally installed a new kitchen.

Dale is an excellent project- and man-manager.

Had a bath removed and walk in shower installed in my small bathroom. Took 2 days and i am very pleased. J and H worked really hard. They were punctual, polite and answered any queries i had. Highly recommend them and the Dale Saunders company.

Fantastic service. My worst nightmare of a leaking toilet at the weekend! Leak found and an excellent repair carried out by a polite professional plumber. So pleased that I found this company, will definitely be using them again them.

In the past few months I have used Dale Saunders three times, twice with boiler issues and the third time for a blocked waste pipe in my flat. The boiler was dealt with professionally and quickly giving me further advice on Worcester Bosch deals for replacement of very expensive parts. The blocked pipe was cleared while I was away - I left my flat keys with them. When I came back there was no initial evidence that anything had been done. Even though the toilet had to be taken out for access to the soil pipe, there was no damage to the tiling or trunking and everything was cleaner than I had left it. The waste pipe now flows freely and the only thing I have to do is to replace the sealant! I cannot recommend them highly enough with their care and professionalism.

We used Dale Saunders for the first time on a bathroom upgrade. We had done some of the work ourselves and bought all the fittings ready to install.
Bobby carried out the job with professionalism and courtesy at all times. They arrived promptly and kept the place clean and tidy at each visit.
We had an issue with the hot water pump whilst he was there and wasted no time in calling out a colleague (Ben) in order to fix it.
Dax and the team are incredibly accomodating and most helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.
I have just used them again for an electrical issue.... Again, they were here within a matter of hours to sort the problem.
I would use this company again without a second thought. Highly recommended...

Dale Saunders has just enlarged our en suite shower room. Dale came up with a plan and suggested seeing Lisa at Sussex Plumbing Supplies for advice and provision of supplies. Jamie and Harrison introduced themselves and checked what was to be done the day before starting. They worked for 9 days from 08.00 until 5.00 with only a short break for lunch. On the first day, every floor that was to be walked on was covered in sticky plastic (by Tyler) and vacuumed at the end of every day. We were fortunate to have a garage for storage of supplies and a large drive for all the workbenches and equipment. Thankfully we had good weather! At the end of the day all equipment was stored so neatly.
Jamie kept us informed with progress and confirmed all was as we expected it to be.
We cannot praise Jamie and Harrison’s work ethic enough with a very high standard of workmanship. You are a credit to the company and yourselves.
Thanks also to the plasterer and electricians for their contribution and Lisa (SPS) for her excellent advice and suggestions.
All in all, an excellent outcome with a fabulous modern en suite which everyone involved should be proud of. Thoroughly recommend Dale Saunders.

Danny investigated our leaking shower and gave us sound advice on how to proceed. Jamie and Harrison arrived exactly two weeks later, removed the existing shower and within two days had put in a new shower and new aqua boarding, and sorted out the leak. They worked very hard, were very tidy and thorough. We're very pleased and highly recommend Dale Saunders Ltd. A great team from office staff to plumbers!

I was dreading having a shower put in as we had been let down before by someone and made the experience a nightmare . Ben and Danny from Dale Saunders were so very different . Very professional and polite , explained everything to us . The work was carried out by them both and I felt comfortable with them being in my home . I truly recommend them and the shower is fantastic !

Preliminary visit by Ben, with quote following on quickly, confirmed company was best to have new combi boiler installed, together with water tanks/ piping etc removed.
Carl arrived promptly on both days and, together with an assistant, he worked efficiently and skilfully. Job completed in a day and a half. We now have lots more space in our loft and look forward to lower fuel bills.
Excellent manners and reliably hard working team doing the work and Ben paid a follow up visit to check we were completely satisfied.

Delighted with our new kitchen from Dale Saunders - well organised installation of a Howdens kitchen which included replacing walls and lighting and improving the old plumbing. Quick response to any queries we had and kept us well informed of developments. Very pleased and would recommend their services.

Danny replaced our seized up stopcock and fixed leaking valve on outside water tap. The stopcock was embedded in wall behind kitchen wall cabinet so not an easy job, difficult to access. Danny was absolutely brilliant! No fuss, straight at it, job done. Smart new lever tap in place. We are well pleased. We will certainly call on Danny again if any other plumbing job comes up. A really expert plumber and an all-round nice guy.

I was delighted with the work carried out from the Office manager who was so helpful to the plumber Sean who worked hard to make sure he stayed in touch on the phone and that he did a good job and left the kitchen and bathroom so clean and tidy. I got the job done I had hoped for and would certainly use this firm again.
