I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One pair I got was not what I ordered. The other pair I don’t believe matches what was advertised but regardless, the quality was certainly subpar. Then I tried to return them and get a refund. I got a string of emails try to convince me to keep them. They first said it was $20 return fee. Then they offered me $3 and I keep the shoes, then $8 and I keep them. Finally, after several emails. It’s ok fine, return them but the shipping cost is on you.. to China.. and there is still a $20 return penalty. And nothing until they are received. At this point I’m sure the answer will always be they were never received and I’ll get nothing. This is a TERRIBLE company to deal with. You should NEVER buy from them EVER!!!

Website says they accept returns. That's a flat out lie.

Ordered Size 9 shoes. Shoes delivered had no size markings on them but were clearly much smaller and would not fit. They were also very low quality and nowhere near near worth $39.99. After stating this clearly in my first email, they asked for more information. After a second round, they simply told me I would have to spend half as much as I paid for the shoes to mail them back to China before they decided whether they could refund my money and that a better suggestion would be to give them to a friend with smaller feet. Seriously.

Shoes do not have a size on them. They don't feet right and hut my feet. when I wanted to return them they offered me $3 to keep them the $5 then $8. when I tried to ship them back it was going to cost $60. I though them in the trash. Their garentee is garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Total scam.

Finally, I found shoes that could survive backpacking trips and make my feet happy.

Took 4 - 5 weeks to turn up. When they did I put them on and thought, “very light, quite comfy, happy camper”. 3rd time on the feet the lace loops detached from the left boot. Contacted their “Brilliant reliable” customer service team. I received a reply saying thank you, the problem has been rectified with the manufacturer. I thought…. Oooooo.. K, how does that help me, sitting here with 50 quid’s worth of useless rubber & canvass! Anyway, needless to say these scammers have gone dark and silent.

STAY AWAY FROM DALLADER. I have read practically all reviews, from various social platforms, and based on that your chances of getting anything resembling what you’re expecting is probably around 10%.

It has taken nearly a month to post this review because I foolishly thought I might hear something positive from them but no.

Arch support so aggressive it should pay child support.Hiked Zion Narrows in wet boots for 2 days – ‌tread pattern still looks brand new‌. Flat foot gang, we eating good!

I tried to return 2 pairs of shoes. They say the have no hassle returns. They refused to give me a return address where to send the shoes and I am willing to pay for the shipping. Emailed them 4 times. Now I get NO response.

1st pair, great. Second pair, 5 minutes feet hurt. They were 2 different sizes. Things poking me. Wouldn't stand behind it. Blamed me for ordering wrong size. Wanted me to pay for shipping both ways to "fix" issues. Their best offer was $5 dollar check and i keep unwearable "pair" of boots. They said that's the best they can offer and gave me 48hrs to take it or leave it. Customer service trained in divert deny and assume no fault. Won't buy again and no one else should

The shoes were nowhere near the size they were supposed to be. I couldn't get my foot even in enough to try and force it in. Took several days to get any response from them only to be told it was my fault for ordering the wrong size and it would cost $20 to ship them back to China.

I echo Marie Neiman & so many others on this site. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Order wide shoe, but want was received, I can not get my foot into. Been told I had to pay $20 to return shoes to China; been offered 10% off my next order; and best yet, they would give me $3 and let me keep the shoes. It is obvious, they do not honor their 100% refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered extra wide shoes, received regular shoes . Also recieved wrong color shoes. Requested to return or an exchange, have been going back and forth with them only to be offered a10% discount on a reorder. No address for return given. Worst people to do business with.

My feet used to tap out after 2 hours. Now I'm clocking 20k steps daily in Tokyo – arch support feels like a chiropractor for my soles!

Sent the wrong size. After email exchanges, they will not honour any returns and will not give a refund or exchange. They say give them to a family member who wears that size!

Misleading and very poor customer service.
Shoes must be returned to China, at customers expense. My order was $80, return from Detroit, MI area was $62.35
Quality is terrible, fit is awful.

Buy it for the arch support, keep it for the tank-like durability. Survived monsoons in Thailand and still look fresh. Flat foot warriors, this is your armor.

Shoes are made and manufactured in China, which isn't mentioned anywhere, so poor quality and craftsmanship also it took over a month just to receive this crap product don't waste your money

Durable AF! My last pair lasted 2 years hiking everything from NYC sidewalks to Rocky Mountain trails. Flat foot crew, this is our holy grail.

Ordered a pair of shoes which arrived but are impossible to get on my feet - opening between heel and tongue to small and no elasticity. Will try and refund through PayPal as the supplier not interested

Ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes. Size sent were so small that I could not even get my foot into them!
I contacted 'Dallader" customer service and was advised that it will cost me over $20 to send them back to China. Advised that I give them to a friend or family member.
I responded that, No, I needed a full refund, paste n copied thier 100% refund policy. Was then offered a 3%refund with No return address offered for the 3rd time....
Now, several days have gone bye and think that they have simply blocked my email address. They are a TOTAL SCAM!!!
