Dallas Natural Mattress Avis

Chase was very helpful, professional, and was very knowledgeable on pillows. Extremely pleased and would recommend friends to specifically ask for Chase whether buying a pillow or bed. Thank you for employing him.

I sent an email on a Saturday evening regarding a special request for my order and received a call and email on SUNDAY morning from Nathan, one of the owners of the company! It was so refreshingly unexpected to get such a stellar level of customer service. All of his follow up correspondence by phone and email was just as professional and timely. He took care of my request and sent me detailed documentation for the transaction without me having to ask for it. He was also extremely informative about the products, which based on my research of latex mattresses, will be hard to beat quality and value-wise. I found Mango Mattress/Dallas Natural Mattress online after giving up on another premium latex mattress company that had blown it on every level of customer service. It feels great to invest in such a large purchase as a new mattress with a company that deserves your business and appreciates and respects their customers. Thank you, Nathan!

The product and experience were both incredible. When a shipping hiccup occurred they jumped on a fix. We were in great hands. Will definitely be a loyal customer.

This outfit is stellar. Friendly, competent staff. They keep their word. Their products are wonderful. Best mattress I've ever seen.

I can't say enough about this mattress and the purchase experience. First, Chase helped us understand the organic latex difference and was extremely patient with us as we made up our minds to ultimately purchase the Posh + Lavish Refine king mattress. We've been sleeping on it for about a month and it's been an incredible experience. In fact, we went on vacation last week and couldn't believe how accustomed to this fabulous sleep experience we had become! Run, don't walk, to purchase from this store!

I was reluctant to go into another mattress store due to past bad experiences but decided to give this store a try, and I'm so glad I did. Due to some tough family circumstances I was in town and in quick need of a new mattress. Nathan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and quickly got me sorted out. Highly recommend!

We just bought our mattress today. Nathan helped us find just the right "fit" for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Can't wait to get our new mattress delivered this week!

We had a very positive experience shopping at Dallas Natural Mattress. We look forward to enjoying our new mattresses.

Love this store. Great prices and James and the staff are super knowledgeable and patient. Even the delivery process is great and not contracted out to some part time employees who don’t care. Most comfortable Mattress I have ever owned, and the fact that it’s safe and organic was such an appeal that I bought my kiddos the same mattress. They care about their customers and their health.

This was a great experience!
Chase and Nathan are so knowledgeable about their products. They allowed us to wander and ask all of our questions. We tried a number of different mattresses and bases, and all were comfortable. Came back the next day and purchased our new bed and matress.

We met with Chase and Nathan – Chase on our first visit and Nathan on our second visit. We got very clear descriptions of the differences between mattresses and the differences between foundations. All of our questions were answered. Our overall experience was wonderful. We purchased a mattress and a foundation confident that it will meet our needs thanks to all the help we received at the store.

The staff was super helpful on the phone and in person. They answered all of our questions expertly and helped us choose the right mattress topper. It wasn’t in stock but they had a similar version that they let us use until it came in. I will absolutely shop where again. Great quality products and great staff!

Superior products! Non toxic materials are the way to go for us. US mattress industry has been duping us for years. Dallas Natural Mattress is like a breath of fresh air. Impressive service. No pushy sales approach. They know their products.

We were able to get a great deal on a comfy mattress and bring it home right away! Great experience!

We love Dallas Natural Mattress! This is the second time we bought a mattress from them within the last year. Their Posh and Lavish beds are so comfortable and high quality. Chase and Nathan have always been so nice and welcoming. Chase spent a lot of time with us today explaining all the different types of mattresses and made sure we fully understood what we were getting. The Labor Day sale always has great deals! I would highly recommend checking out their mattresses!

Excellent service and very informative!! Love that we can have a loaner mattress until out actual mattress comes in.

The sales staff were helpful and informative. They really took the time to understand our needs and make sure we wound up with a mattress we’re happy with. We wound up with a good mattress for a great price, and they had plenty of conveniences to make transitioning to a new mattress as easy as possible.

We had a great experience in purchasing our new king mattress & 4 awesome pillows. We will be telling all of our friends & family about our experience. Nathan was really patient & helpful throughout the process.

My husband & I have been shopping for a new mattress and after visiting Dallas Natural Mattress, we found the one for us. The team there will help you find the best one for you. They’re knowledgeable, patient & friendly.

I had a great experience overall with Dallas Natural Mattress. Chase was very helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious throughout the process. Thank you!!!!
