Never used a sourcer until now but having struggled to avoid Kris on social platforms I thought I would give it a go! Honestly cant rate Kris highly enough, his deals blow everyone out of the water, and he isn't just a property sourcer and investor he is one of the most down to earth guys you will ever meet. He doesn't just source properties but keeps in touch every step of the way, lining up solicitors, contractors and estate agents, or even lettings if that's your exit. He always replies on whatsapp and is always happy to help.

Kris co-sourced us our first investment property and our first BRRR project.
I had asked him a month prior to find me a deal in Stirling and without much prompt, he followed through.
The deal ended up valuing 5k higher than predicted and renting out for £50 per month more than predicted.
