I have been working for kris for over a year, delivering his renovations for his personal investments and investors. He is very easy to work with and is great for paying invoices on time. We always hear great feedback from his investors when they check in on progess and the works we are carrying out, I am yet to see a time in the day he’s not active on his phone responding to investors or my team for any queries or questions !

We bought 2 deals from Kris between September and October with both completing before Xmas.
First deal came with a 40k discount and second with a 30k discount. The second having a really healthy revalue once renovation complete.
Kris has a rain man type mind for storing figures and churns out information of the proposed deals.

Kris sourced a deal on to me in Stirling and the refurb numbers were spot on unlike other sourcers . I am now waiting for the refinance to come through. Happy to work with him .

Upon discussing various investment options with Kris, I invested a lump sum for 12 months, for a fixed % return. The interest was paid to me earlier than we had agreed, and as an added bonus, my funds were returned prior to the 12 month term. All in all a hassle free investment.
