Really impressed by the customer service. I’ve ordered dresses at the last minute for an event and whilst paying forgot to tick next day delivery. I quickly emailed customer service (late at night) and explained my situation. In the morning got a reply straight away from Victoria and she was able to sort next day delivery. So impressed by this especially when other clothing companies take days to respond. A great brand with great people, thank you! Katy

Ordered a Halo Thalia dress on 5 June, when it arrived it was beautiful, great colour, great fabric. Unfortunately the cut was very poor, and clearly designed for someone without b00bs! I'm a pretty average UK10, 34B (perky) cup size so not hugely endowed, and the dress fitted well everywhere else. The cups were stitched about 2-3" too high meaning they just squash your bust and create a very odd silhouette. Such a shame.

Returns process is procrastinated and unreasonably long. Returned a dress on 16 June, chased it up after 10 days, it was in transit until 29 June...now a further 10 days to receive funds? So it could be over a month to get my money back. Once a refund is dropped off, it's completely outside of a customer's influence so you're at the mercy of logistics and administration processes.

Based on my experience, I'm not sure I'd order again. Fit was odd, and returns process should be quick and easy.

Just to say while I think it's great that you reply here, the devil is in the detail.

1) How a dress is cut and tailored isn't a fault like a tear, or rip, it's either a deliberate design decision, or poor quality cutting and stitching. Hence no email from me.

2) 14 days for a refund would be acceptable, I returned the dress on 16 June, so 21 days and still waiting. If you want to speed up the returns process, invest in an enhanced service?

Dancing leopard are a great company to purchase from. Never any issues & their customer service has been second to none. I purchased a dress a while back still with tags etc and they exchanged it for me with no issues. They were great at keeping me informed very happy with the customer service thank you!

Victoria was really kind and helpful.

I love their clothes but their size guide is off and the customer experience is terrible. Asked to swap a size and got an immediate response helping me through the process. It didn't work, so I emailed again and they replied within 24 hours with a code I needed to return the item. That didn't work. I've email 3 times since and messaged on social media - all ignored. All I want is a smaller size but I'm left with something I can't wear.

I won't be ordering from them again.

I first used this website for to order a dress and it was so quick so decided to order a jumpsuit on Sunday. Paid next day delivery so Tuesday latest but still no sign of dress (Wednesday evening) and I’ve emailed about it but absolutely no response sadly.

My first experience was totally a deceiving one. The parcel was sent to another address and even if I wrote lots of emails no one replies. No care for the customer. Seems like we are left alone no matter what happens. Will never order again. Better to go and shop in the local stores. At least you get what you see even for a little extra price.

I have been purchasing from Dancing Leopard for a couple of years now. I never experienced an issue until I received my first faulty item. Email sent 10 days ago with no response, even after I sent a follow up email.
I’m sure if my email was in regard to taking payment, I would of had a response by now but not a faulty item!! And in the same week, I received a second faulty item. No response!!

I genuinely can’t fault this company. I have bought so many items from them. All have been fantastic quality and all have been a lovely fit. 💜 I recently got in contact about a belt and they were able to help me very quickly and in a really friendly way. Thank you DL!! 💚

Appaling customer service bought a dress off this site ,the style didnt suit me so i sent this dress back and paid for customs i sent it back good friday i was told to provide paypal details which i provided and bank details for refund which ive provided ive sent about 12 emails in total regarding my refund which i havent recieved ,a member of yoyr staff told me my refund had beenodged to my paypal which is a lie coz no money is in the account .avoid this service at all costs appalling customer srrvice

Great quality clothes that wash well, holding their colour and even better customer service!

My return got lost and Lauren in customer service was nothing short of fantastic and refunded me.

guideline for sizes are wrong so had to send it all back its been 3 weeks still no money back in account they have the slowest refund process I have ever seen and its nor free returns as they charge for the delivery fee. Very misleading.

Fantastic brand: Really great quality items. One thing they do exceptionally well is colour. I recently ordered a fine knit feather cardigan in Vivid green I love everything about it from the stunning soft fabric to the gold buttons which add a touch of additional luxury.

I had the need to contact customer service about 6 weeks ago after I made a massive mistake with labelling 2 parcels and sending the wrong items to the wrong destination!
Lauren was the lady who responded within half hour from Dancing Leopard and I have continued to have contact with her through the whole process until it was resolved! She has been thoughtful, helpful and kept me fully informed !
I adore the products that I have received so far but the customer service has to be one of the THE best things about this company! Thank you Lauren for actually caring about the customer!

I love Dancing Leopard clothing and have always had amazing service (quick delivery etc). On this occasion, the item I received had a funny smell (a bit like wet wool). I got in touch with the team and Lauren was amazing - she spoke with the warehouse team at DL who confirmed they had other items in stock and she'd organise a replacement to be sent out to me. She sent me a paid-for returns and full instructions on how to send back my item. Thanks Lauren and DL team! xx
