Fabulous Brand
Recently bought the Harper cardigan from Dancing Leopard, the quality is just lovely and I feel so confident in it. Dancing Leopard is my go to brand for occasion wear and everything I have bough has made me feel fabulous!

Brilliant customer service
I have to echo some of the other positive reviews here in that I received the most brilliant customer service.
I ordered a playsuit and the zip was faulty. I sent some photos over and Victoria replied saying they could pay for zip to be repaired or replace the whole item. I hate waste so wanted to get the zip repaired and they covered most the cost and gave me a voucher.
I would also add my complaint was dealt with is such a friendly, professional and proactive way too. It really made a difference as I was a bit anxious in needing to "prepare for dealing with customer service" as so many are so poor when you just want the product you ordered to arrive and work. I would add, the playsuit I ordered is beautiful and soft, I love it, just the faulty zip which has now been resolved 😊. Will continue to recommend and purchase, thank you
Just an addition to my review, I ordered another item using the voucher sent and I had some lovely scrunchies sent to me too. Victoria at dancing leopard should do customer services training 💜

Rubbish for refunds
Returned item as sizing is way out, dresses and skirts are straight up and down so don’t account for the fact that women actually have hips (and I’m a size 8) too big at the waist but too tight at the hips. In total £68.74 in total, they deduct £2.99 to return (which I was aware of so fine) but only refunded me £60.76. Pretty rubbish, especially as you have to wait 14 working days for the refund in the first place.

Regarding your refund, our customer service team provided the following breakdown:
Original Item Price: £63.75
Shipping Cost: £4.99 (non-refundable unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or there was a delayed delivery)
Returns Charge: £2.99
When we deduct the returns charge from the original item price, your refund totals £60.76. We aim to be transparent about our policies, which are detailed on our website.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider shopping with us again in the future.

I accidentally ordered a dress in the wrong size. I emailed the team (the day after the order!) to explain and they changed it for me straight away. Always get great customer service from them.

5 star amazing customer service
What a fabulous company! Absolutely love the range of clothes for sale. I recently had a glitch with a faulty item and the customer service I received was beyond brilliant. The problem was rectified speedily and in such a helpful, friendly way. The continuity of just dealing with one person, Victoria, helped to make the whole experience seamless. Great customer service. Victoria deserves a shout out!
I placed two orders and had an issue with the delivery. The items i ordered were lovely and a great fit but i also had an issue with a particular item. On both occasions i contacted Victoria who was efficient, polite and always resolved the issue without prolonging the outcome. I've purchased from Dancing Leopard over the years and have always found their customer service to be the best at communicating and resolving issues. Bigger retailer could learn a thing or two from DL! Highly recommend.

Good quality
I ordered the leopard skin hat and pvc mini skirt high waisted at fab price of £20 each in the sale. Quick delivery. Good quality product. Very happy.
Would suggest sizing up with clothes as I’m 5’7” and weigh 8st 5lbs and normally size 8. Ordered skirt in size 10 and so
long as I don’t put on any weight it fits fine/snug so even order two sizes up if you want comfortable?

Fantastic customer services
Had quite a few quality issues with my very large order (broken zips, poor stitching, terrible materials etc), but Victoria in customer services was fantastic at resolving quickly. I've been a loyal customer of Dancing Leopard for a long time, and I think this was just an unlucky example. Victoria helped immensely. I've just reordered and everything was great, so they have kept me as a customer and I have faith they will improve their quality control and material selection.
